It was probably the best and most personalized visit I've ever had. My hygienist listened to my sensory concerns and gave me tips on how I could work around them. She was very personable. My dentist was very friendly, knowledgeable, good bedside manner.

Put the actual number for the office online. It took me months to finally get an appointment by calling the 800 number.

They were kind and compassionate.

It would be preferable to be given a direct phone number for the office so that making appointments and getting information would be both easier and more efficient. Frankly, the call center isn't either of those things. The call center staff are polite and professional, but highly inefficient.

My daughter had a dental emergency. When I called the central number, the guy pulled up her chart and was asking for my phone number. Then proceeded to ask if I'd like to receive texts messages. It was not the time for things like that when my daughter was bleeding badly from her mouth. I explained this to him then he proceeded to ask for my email. When I had asked to talk to someone in my local office. Extremely unprofessional.

I love the people at Willamette Dental in Idaho falls, ID, they are always so kind and helpful. No one likes a trip to the dentist, but they make it a pleasant experience.

Everything was 100% excellent. The only thing that I could critique is the $50 light charge that's pretty steep.

I'm very pleased with this dental office and the staff. It is very inconvenient and difficult to wait on hold for 30 minutes or more every time I need to call the call center for an appointment though
