I had to spend one hour waiting on the phone before getting to speak with someone to schedule this appointment. This is a recurring issue and has caused me to delay scheduling check-ups. I would like to be able to schedule the next appointment in the office after my visit.

Dr Chambers is one of the finest dentists I've ever met. He is kind, professional and very good at his job.

Willamette takes care of their patients, gets them in quick. Dr. Chambers is very caring, kind, compassionate, cares about his patients and staff. Also the same, great staff. I have gone to them for years and years, appreciate everything that they do.

My hygienist was not great. She appeared to struggle with some of the equipment and ended up damaging the bonding on my permanent retainer.

And my experience at Willamette is exceeds all my expectations. Mark Chambers is so thorough, professional and detailed work. I can't say enough about him. The receptionist for check-in and they all just are above and beyond professional and perfect. Thank you.

If you had someone who spoke Spanish, that would be the best for me.

It was a great dental visit, everyone was very friendly and professional. My Hygienist Janet was amazing and did a great job. Dr Chambers was very professional and friendly and made going to the dentist very pleasurable.

I don't know if the Idaho Falls office needs more dentists and orthodontists, or what, but the wait for scheduling an appointment tends to be overly long. We love the actual providers, and everyone in the office is amazing, but it's so frustrating how far out they're booked any time we need to make an appointment. The orthodontist will say he wants to see my child in 4-8 weeks, but the soonest available appointment will be 10 weeks away. It has actually made me question whether or not we want to continue with orthodontic care through this office with our next 2 children or find a different provider. This isn't on the dentist or orthodontist, but on Willamette Dental for obviously not employing the number of providers needed at this office for the number of patients.

All encounters with WDG staff and Dr Chambers were. amazing. They worked well as a team, were kind, and professional.

Mark Chambers is very personable, kind, friendly, and I love how he tells me about each step of the process, even if it's just changing tools. He is also very polite and complimentary toward the assistants and hygienists he works with.

I was pleasantly surprised, perhaps a little shocked, by how expeditiously Dr. Chambers performed the extraction of my tooth. I hope it was as pleasing for him, as it was relieving for me. I'm quite pleased.

Dr. Chambers is wonderful, caring and compassionate. I have always had anxiety with going to the dentist and he truly takes the time to ease my fears and concerns. He is very patient and understanding as he takes the time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explain everything to me. He helps put me to ease and I am comfortable and have complete trust in him. I actually love all of the staff as they are all so extremely friendly and show so much care and concern for their patients. They are a highly professional team and I am so happy with them that I do not see myself wanting to go anywhere else.

Loved how friendly the whole staff was and appreciated the professionalism towards me when I asked for no flouride treatment. :) I also appreciate that they saw that even though some of my teeth were in bad shape they knew that no action needed to be taken and they didn't try to force me into a procedure I didn't need.

This dental practice is so hard to make an appointment with. They are always booked up and we can never make an appointment at a reasonable time. Please get another dentist!

Highly professional in all aspects

Dr Chambers has a hard time managing his time it seems. He is always very late, and we are waiting in the exam room for more than 20 minutes.

It meant a lot that my care team offered many options for my concerns. They really care about me as an individual!

I stopped in to see if I could get an appointment to have them look at my denture. They said they had a guy there and I went and talked to him. He said they had a few minutes, so they worked me in immediately or within a few minutes and we got taken care of the same day. It was very helpful and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Chambers is an amazing dentist!!!! Can't say the same for the other dentist.

I think most people can agree that the dentist can be a scary place. I had avoided going for years. But now when I have to go the anxiety and stress are gone. It's just another apt in my week. Willamette is to thank for that. I honestly couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Both the hygienist and Dr. Chambers were professional and positive as usual. The office has such a good vibe--everyone clearly likes being there and their jobs. It's wonderful to see such a positive work environment and well-educated providers who only want the best for their patients. Thanks :)

Dr. Chambers and the sweet hygienist person were warm, attentive, and excellent. The front desk staff was great too.

I am on my third dentist at Willamette in just a couple of years. Previously I had the same dentist for 25+ years. I did see some great employee comradery while in the office, which let me know you have a good work environment. Yet dentists leaving so quickly indicates something is not quite right.
