It is a difficult challenge to get through to the actual office. You have to call the call center every single time and tell your store over and over to finally maybe get through to the actual office. It took a month to get in to have a prep done for a crown that they had already glued on. It was like I had to talk the dentist into making a new crown for me. FRUSTRATING!!

Fantastic experience! From check in to check out, the entire experience was perfect. My son didn't experience any pain and the appointment was much shorter than anticipated.

I love how real and authentic Dr. Rowberry is. He's always up front and actually cares!

Dr Rowberry and the dental assistant are great. The DA made sure I was comfortable throughout the temp crown removal process and was really concerned that I remained pain free during. She is great. Dr. Rowberry was wonderful about answering my questions in terms of how to treat dry mouth as I was recently diagnosed with Sjogren syndrome and have been struggling with this symptom. Even the front fesk personnel are fantastic and helpful, always very friendly. I can honestly say I love my dental team.

I appreciate that Willamette dentists are willing to take a conservative approach and watch a small developing cavity rather than insist on a big drill job just to reach it.

One of the best cleanings I've had! I think her name was Sara. I was comfortable the whole time. It seemed like a very busy day, but everyone was so nice and I never felt rushed. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable. And the 2 front desk ladies were so nice and helped me with my insurance questions.

The only feature about Willamette dental that I don't appreciate very much is that it is a call center. I would like that I could talk directly to my local office and schedule through them.

Nice customer service

This was my best experience with anesthetic ever! It didn't hurt much to start and there was no recovery time. No biting my tongue or cheek!

It is too difficult to get a hold of someone to make an appointment and are very seldom called back when leaving a message happy with care received just not how to get a hold of them.

Both Dr. Rowberry, and Dr. Denae have been wonderful, as has all the staff, from the hygienist I have had experience with, Betsy, Laken, Monica, Lacey have been wonderful. Jen, Judy, and Jillian are as well absolutely fantastic. Best experience I have ever had with a dental group. Thank you.
