Both the dentist and hygienist were incredibly attentive and listened to all of my questions and concerns.

Family friendly and very caring of my needs. I had a tooth pulled and they helped me through it and kept me calm and at ease. These professionals know what they are doing and helped me through everything I went through :) very happy and totally recommend them. Thank you Willamette for taking the pain away!!!!

Dr. Tuyet is incredible. She has such a gentle touch and kind way about her. I came to Willamette Dental terrified of going to the dentist and neglecting my dental care because of it. The treatment here and the team are so wonderful that I am almost not afraid of going to the dentist anymore. I think I would still be afraid with a different dentist, but I feel so sure I'm in good hands here.

Thank you for keeping the dentist in the office I think we have a good team in the Alby location so can we please keep it that way so I don't see musical dentist every time I go

There are so many positive things to say about this appointment. When I walked in Loren was so welcoming and helpful. Haeley the RDH was so professional and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Tuyet Dyong was very gentle and explained everything she was doing. She gave me instructions on supporting my dental health. Before I left I was provided a sheet explaining my dental score and recommendations for future appointments. This was a great experience!

I use a walker and everyone from the receptionist to xray tech, detnal hygienist, to dr help assist me. they were very thorough with my exam. Staff was very friendly and showed appreciation to me as a customer

I saw the dentist in Albany, and I wish I knew her name. It was the second time I've seen her, and she's my favorite dentist I've been to. She said it would hurt, but she's so gentle, and I felt no pain, and the dental assistant was lovely, and my experience with the dental assistant and this particular dentist have extremely positive and I really appreciate that.

Everyone was absolutely amazing and super nice, I was thoroughly surprised. My dentist was also kind and knowledgeable. She is a magician with the numbing!!!! I didn't feel the needle AT ALL.

Everyone there has always been extremely friendly and nice and knowledgeable, I really enjoyed the lady that worked on cleaning my teeth ( sry I was pretty nervous and I forgot her name) and the dentist I don't know how to spell her name but she is amazing! You guys are the real heroes! Helping people out, I can imagine it's probably a pretty stressful job getting in people's mouths and you guys do a really great job!

Dentist acted like she was upset about my tooth and the time she had to take. She's the one who did the original filing on the same tooth a year ago. Maybe she was having a bad day. I think she was upset. I would like to use the other dentist in the Albany office.

this was the first time i had ever had a dentist visit without pain. even the nonvaccine shot was painless (they use the exact right amount of Benzocaine). i was thoroughly impressed.

Still waiting on contact number for an oral surgeon. It's been, what, three days now? Hopefully Monday. Thank you.

My dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth today was fabulous.

Despite telling them I was in a lot of pain, they made the referral to the endodontist standard and not priority. I asked if it could be priority instead because of the pain and they said no. I asked again at counter when checking out and they LAUGHED and said only the doctor can do that. Now it is the weekend and I cannot sleep or eat because of the pain.

Dental assistant was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and taken care of.

They were able to fit me in, same day I called) to put on my crown after the temporary one fell off. So thankful as we were headed out of town for the weekend and I would have been very uncomfortable if I had to wait. They were very kind and quick!

Our pediatrician tells us we need 2 dental visits a year and willamette will not work with me on this. It's frustrating. Thanks for hearing me me out.

Always been well pleased with everything at Willamette Dental. You Guys are awesome.

They where short staffed. I waited an hour in the chair. Its ok for them to be late and hold the patient up. But boy look out if we miss an app. It was a little ridiculous. My opinion. I love my doctor tho.

I've never been treated with such respect and care . I came in with panic attacks and when it started to show they were so loving I thought I was dreaming . After hearing from another Dr who is male and hearing from your Dentist who is female wow it was so great , she turned all my fears into big dreams of hope

It took a long time to get my appointment for a cleaning and checkup. The staff from the receptionists, my xray person, my hygienist and the dentist were fabulous!!! My hygienist and dentist were so friendly, knowledgeable and pain free. I got a follow up appointment right away. I am very pleased with my visit.

The dentist who did my most recent fillings, (unsure of how to spell her name) has been great and wonderful at both her job and keeping me informed on my dental health.

Haley is a wonderful hygienist and always makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Tuyet was thorough and easy to talk to.

Front desk should go over deductibles for the appointment at check-in

Sometimes getting an appointment in a timely manner is difficult. Don't know if they are that busy, or there just isn't enough providers to cover all the patients. But a little frustrating nevertheless.

I have a great experience every time i visit willamette dental. However, every year it is increasingly hard to get scheduled for an appointment.

takes too long to get an appointment when you need follow up dental work and your teeth are at stake. Your just tough out of luck and if your teeth are seriously rotting out of your mouth, they don't seem to worry about it because they don't have enough dental staff .So they still make money and by the time you get an appointment,you have permanently lost those teeth and you are at HIGH risk for an infection.Staff you do have seems friendly,and well equipped to handle the job.
