Hey, your support staff front desk are very thorough, follow up, and they even knew me by name when I walked in. Your dental hygienists are very clean, sanitary, helpful, and professional. The dentist seemed fine. I met him briefly. He took a minute to ask if I had any questions. I have no concerns at all and it was a pleasant experience, especially since I didn't have any cavities. It is a very big shame you guys are closing that Grants Pass office. And as you have also closed the Roseberg office, I am assured that Willamette is not going away. It's just you can't find dentists. I hope that is the case. Okay, that's all I have.

Always great service and nicest staff, just wish you were not closing Grants Pass and wish you had not closed Roseburg, Eugene is where we have to go now and I hate driving in Eugene.

I was unhappy with Willamette. They were rough when giving me a shot, didn't put the numbing cream in the right location prior to the shot, then gave me the shot about 30 seconds not giving the numbing cream time to work. Then the tech got water on my face multiple times and didn't even bother to wipe it up. After the procedure there was blood splatter on my forehead, that they didn't even bother to wipe up before my child pointed it out. This has consistently been the least professional dental office that I've ever been in. The front staff is always polite and respectful. Willamette has really disappointed me this year!

I had to wait over an hour to see the provider, I was on time and had to ask for updates. Was not impressed with the assistant.

It was frustrating to not be able to schedule future appointments.

It had been a couple of years since I've had a cleaning so I was pretty nervous. Lisa was excellent and really put me at ease, explaining what she was doing and offering me helpful tips for cleaning my teeth. Dr. McCarley was also very helpful and informative. Great staff !

Everyone I interacted with were extremely kind and friendly.

The dental hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her profession. However, her intensity and talkativeness stimulated anxiety in me. I could hardly wait to get out of there.

They were great helping me with my problem.

I have not yet established with Willamette Dental Group but when I called with an urgent need I was still able to be seen that day.

My hygienist was awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable, reassuring. I am glad to see my same dentist from last year is still there. I cannot remember his name, but he's so kind, gentle demeanor, and we had a fun chat about working out in fitness classes. Two thumbs up!

Staff was kind and supportive.

I really appreciate the way my hygienist communicated the need to floss more. It felt less lecture-y, more supportive: "you have great teeth! Make sure to take care of them" and suggesting that I associate flossing with another regular habit, like watching tv.

My doctor and staff were very pleasant and friendly. It was great interacting with them.

Both Dr. McCarley and Brandon took the time to make sure what I had was adequate. They spend the time to do it right so I wouldn't have to come back again. I am so grateful for the extra effort and time they took to provide me with a quality temporary crown so I can avoid having to come back before my final crown is ready. Honestly, I am grateful for such a commitment to high quality work.

My visit was okay overall. I had to wait about 30 minutes past my appointment time, which was a bit frustrating. The procedure itself was quick and done in about 10 minutes. It would have been nice if the doctor had acknowledged the delay, but I appreciate the efficient treatment once it began.

Typically appointments are not a problem. I know they are working on recruiting a new provider for the GP office. It was a great experience as always, Thank you to the staff that are having to travel to take care of us!

Dr. McCarley is very professional, yet kind. He sets you at ease and takes time to answer questions, even though they were very busy the morning I went in.

It was a quick and easy experience. The front person was polite. The wait was less than 5 minutes from arrival and being brought back to see the dentist. The dentist and/or assistant explained everything before starting including aftercare instructions and gave amply opportunity for questions or clarification on anything they said. The dentist numbed around the tooth, left for a few minutes while it took effect and came back and removed it within a few minutes. From arrival to departure was about 40 minutes or less. Overall a great dental experience.

It is very difficult to get a timely appointment if it is not urgent. I was on a wait list for 4 months before I could get scheduled.

The local clinic I visited was amazing and I had a great experience. However, the process of having to call the Willamette Dental Group main line to schedule an appointment is inefficient and poor. I was put on a waiting list to be called when my local clinic scheduled out their next appointments, and after more than a month I still hadn't received a call, so I had to call Willamette Dental Group again and I still wasn't scheduled for my appointment on that call. In other dental offices I've been to, I schedule the appointment directly with the office itself and that is a much smoother and convenient process. I also never get reminders from Willamette Dental Group that it's time to schedule an appointment, which is why I went 2 years without realizing I needed to schedule an appointment.

The doctors and staff are always very helpful, but it's super difficult to get an appointment and appointments get canceled and I'm not notified about it. When providers are out. That's my biggest complaint is the availability of appointment.

I broke a tooth at 830 pm and was in the dentist chair at 8 am the next morning for emergency extraction. The dentist and his assistant were kind and gentle and professional. The dentist did a remarkable job preventing pain and I am grateful. Thank you!

It was very hard to get a dental appointment. Having to go through a regional office before actually talking to the local office was rather cumbersome and the local office didn't get back to me in a timely manner to set up my appointments.

I was disappointed when it took over a month to get a call to schedule me in. Then when I finally scheduled, I was told I would also be meeting with ortho but that was not the case when I arrived to my appointment. I was also not given the option to schedule with ortho at the end of my appointment. I wasn't provided with the "prescription toothpaste" even though I was told I would be. They also did not look at my previous appointment history. If they did they could have seen that I have never had the procedures they were taking me I needed to get. They just assumed I had been.

Cancelled my appointment in Albany. I am closer to Albany Won't let me switch back to Albany.

Happy they were to get me in on short notice.

They were able to get me in at a reasonable time for my broken tooth, which was about 10 days or so, because my pain, irritation was only moderate. It wasn't sufficient if I was in deep pain, that would have not been. Thank you.
