The treatment team took the time to really explain to my child the importance of caring for their teeth in a way they could understand. Taking the extra time to do this was amazing.

I have a major fear of dental offices due to past experiences. Everyone I encountered at Willamette Dental was kind and professional, doing their best to put me at ease. Having the option of a different anesthetic was a welcome change from other offices. And thank you for making the effort to fix both of my tooth issues so that I can have a more enjoyable time on my upcoming vacation!

My dentist in Corvallis, with Willamette Dental, was on vacation, and it appeared I had a cavity. So, I was able to book next day an appointment in Albany with another dentist, and as it turned out, it was simply some sort of embedded staining that was quickly, in two seconds, picked out! All in all Dr. Nordmark was very attentive. Thank you.

They didn't really explain how the prosecutor for the filling would take place. I would have liked for the entire filling process to be explained in it's entirely. I am an very analytical person.

My Hillsboro appt was canceled by the office. They could not give me a new appt for 30 days. I went to Albany office for earlier appt. Not too good when they canceled me

I've been experiencing a persistent issue over several visits, and despite the challenge, the entire team remained dedicated to finding a solution. Every doctor, two different hygienists, and the X-ray technicians all went above and beyond with both persistence and kindness. Thanks to their collective efforts, the issue was finally identified and resolved. I am deeply grateful and cannot speak highly enough of your staff-thank you for your exceptional care and commitment.

The music in the waiting room was way too loud and very annoying. In a dental office the music should be softer and more relaxing to put patients more at ease and not to make them more anxious.

I was offended that DEI indoctrination was playing on video monitors in waiting room. Very offensive to promote that decisive information while waiting to have my teeth cleaned. This madness needs to end!

The dental hygienist was great. The actual dentist was rude and rushed through my son's appointment, clearly not giving any care whatsoever. She was dismissive and seemed uneducated. I didn't trust her with my son's dental care. Again, the hygienist was great and did a wonderful job with him. My concern was only with the dentist herself.

The dental hygienist and dentist were very thorough.

Very thorough! Understood all the instructions and when to return.

They were very attentive to me and the doctor also explained things very well to me and the one who cleaned my teeth was very, very careful.

The hygienist and Dr Annika made my daughter feel very comfortable and relaxed and explained things very well.

Only downside was that I could not have anything done about the tooth pain and still waiting to hear from the specialist.

I have had to forego dental care in the past because of high blood pressure. It was again an annoyingly big issue. I take blood pressure meds and I'm fine at home, but Willamette Dental making a big issue of it only contributes to my high blood pressure. I've had other medical procedures with elevated blood pressure and no one has threatened to send me home without treatment except Willamette Dental.

Everyone was kind and gentle. I felt comfortable as well as accepting of there advice for changes I should do to my dental care.

My experience with Dr Nordmark and all the staff was really very, very good. I'm a nervous patient when it comes to dental care and the staff was excellent. Everything from check in with the front office staff, to x-rays, to my teeth cleaning went seamlessly. They were all awesome. Dr Nordmark explained the dental plan to me and was very receptive to my questions. I'm relieved to finally be getting my teeth repaired and to be able to afford it. Dr Nordmark put me at ease. Thank you! I'd easily recommend the Albany office to anyone who asks.
