When I asked her whether I could remove the trays while teaching, she simply replied, 'You have to follow the rules.' That felt more like blaming than actually answering my question.

I came in to get my retainers. I sat down. She handed them to me. Said here are the retainers and her is cleaner if needed. If you lose one let us know and it's $280. I STRUGGLED to get them on. Visible struggled. I never got a mirror to check if they got and the lady could see my discomfort. She never even asked to see them on me. I can barely get them in and they do not even fill for on my teeth. Half of my teeth are showing. I would have known if she checked to see if they fit or at least offered a mirror so I could check. Instead all she asked was if I'd been wearing the last set (which I have) and then said was they will fit tight for a while, but will get better and sent me on my way. I spent $20 to sit down, not double check that the retainers fit and be rushed out like I was a nuisance. Absolutely the worst experience in the last 10 Years I've been with willamette dental.

Dr Reddy was great and really explained the treatment my son needed that would give the best results. The orthodontic team was friendly and upbeat and really made my son feel comfortable enough to joke around.

My retainers will be ready in 2 weeks, yet I have to wait until 3 weeks after they arevready to get them because the doctor is on vacation then booked. Will I even see the doctor??? Why can't I just pick them up and have the staff help.
