The dental hygienist was wonderful. The dentist was great, but I did have to wait at least 20 min, if not closer to 30 min, for the dentist to arrive to do her portion of the appointment. Getting an appointment usually ends up being over a month later, if not more. I was going to be about 5 min late to my appt, so I called to let them know. I was on hold from the time I got in my car until I arrived at the dental office. The car ride there took about 10 min.

I think the care is exceptional and I'm also incredibly impressed with the customer service at the front desk.

I LOVE the staff and Drs at the Eugene office!

Sorry to actually fill out this part. Definitely not what i would call a great dental experience. The dentist prior to injection only let the topical anesthesia iny mouth for like 45 seconds, not enough time to do any good. The injections consequently were excruciating. However the injections were successful and I was quite numb when the work commenced. The dentist then handed me off to I presume a dental intern to actually place the replacement filling. The technique was sub par. The individual smacked other teeth in the mouth with instruments and with force, but was accidental. Some instruments with cords or tube, perhaps the suction, was drug heavily across my neck. I don't necessarily have issues panic issues with things across my throat, but there a those who do. The job got done, and satisfactorily. The techniques however have room for improvement .

Pleasant office. Hygienist was professional and compassionate. Dentist was informative. Front desk was very polite. 10 out of 10 experience.

I was disappointed that when I scheduled I described all my issues which involved 2 different teeth but upon my arrival, I was told I was only scheduled for enough time to take care of one the issues and I would need to follow up with another appointment.

They said I had bone loss in one tooth and when I asked Dentist, she said the assistant would go over everything. I thought it was strange that she did not explain it all cause I guess I need a waterpick? Otherwise, everyone was very professional and great!

My experience has been exceptional. I cannot express the gratitude I have for the professionals I have seen at this office, and at the specialty office in Springfield. This includes EVERYBODY I have interacted with. Every position from dentist to office staff has been a joy to work with. I thank all of them for the superb work they have done on my mouth and for scheduling a lot of work that has been done. The specialist and her assistants were so gentle with the very difficult work of performing two root canal operations. I appreciate all of the staff at Willamette Dental. All of you have helped make my life much better.

The dentist I saw didn't want to remove the cap and reset it. It is still bothering me and lifting once in a while. It mostly stays in place but I can't really bite down on it. My teeth are very tight so mostly my cap stays in place. I will go back to see MY dentist when it gets worse.

Dr. Khunger and the crew at Willamette Dental, Delta Oaks, Eugene, are amazing. They're the only dental providers I've ever had in my life that actually listened to what I'm telling them and not hearing what I'm not saying. They're amazing. I love them. I appreciate them. If I could give them a higher score than a 10, I would. They've been very important to my dental journey. and I wish there were more doctors that were as open and caring as they are. Thanks.

I had an amazing experience with my dentist and dental hygienist. The front desk and check-out staff are always kind and helpful and were again during this appointment. I came in for an urgent appointment and the dentist was incredibly attentive to my concerns and was thorough in ensuring that she pursued the right course of action.

I was scheduled a next day appointment. The nurse that brought me in and provided me with two x-rays of my problem area of my tooth and then the dentist came in and reattach my bridge. It was a great experience.

Hi, you guys are always great with my kids and very professional and friendly. However, the only problem I have is that you can't make an appointment a year in advance. I don't know why that is. They were very kind, very friendly, and did not shame me for my bad teeth.

I had a great experience making a last minute appointment after my filling cracked. The woman who helped me make my appointment over the phone at the Eugene office was super helpful and went out of her way to accommodate me. The dental hygienist and the dentist I worked with were also great and concerned about my comfort during the procedure.

It would have been nice to know on my first visit this year, that United Healthcare is now out of network. Office staff in Eugene did obtain a detailed print out of the difference between in network and out of network. I do appreciate that help.

I was on a waiting list for something like 6 months because there were no dentists in Eugene. Glad they're fully staffed now!
