I appreciated how patient the staff was with my family. It was a little chaotic with my own appointment and our 3 kids at the same time but they worked quickly and helped to make sure everything went smoothly. The staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly from the front desk to the the providers to checking out at the end.

If the cap would have been ... the right size, not smaller than the side tooth... the side tooth would not have had to be ground down to match the crown. Pain is now gone. I am to eat soft food for 5 days.

Literally everyone from reception to dentist was amazing and so friendly. This was my first time at Willamette and I was blown away with their professionalism and care. Wes, Amy, Holly, Tiffany, Larissa and Dr. Vo made dealing with my least favorite appointment a pleasure. I received some great tips and am happy with the plan I have going forward. I can't recommend the Gresham office enough! They are fabulous!

Nai was AMAZING with my daughter. She was so kind and patient, she's definitely a phenomenal dental assistant and helped make things super easy for us. I was a little confused at what my actual appointment time was since I got three different appointment confirmation requests all for 10 minutes apart leading up to my appointment. I wasn't very bothered by it since I was already off work at that point but just wanted to mention it in case there was a glitch in the system.

Dr. Vo is absolutely amazing! Wes is always so helpful in getting checked in and settled very quickly in a kind professional manner. Gen was kind and at the ready to help keep me comfortable during the visit. And Amy is absolutely amazing with getting visits scheduled that meet my needs because I work night shift. This team is a well oiled machine. They treat everyone like family and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I appreciated the care and patience shown me by both Dr. Vo and Erica.

My experience was very terrible and the last thing I need when I'm sitting there with pain in my mouth is for a dentist to be sitting there patronizing me on what I should have did, you know, before. I didn't come to here what the dentist had to tell me what I should have did before. I came for the dentist to come and handle, you know, what I needed to be done that day. So it was a very poor experience and you guys' service sucks to me.

Gresham location has by far been my favorite place to come to for dental care. Exceptionally kind staff and very caring people.

I needed a crown reset. An appointment was available the next day after my call at my dental provider office in Gresham. Saw a different dentist than my usual one but received excellent and timely care.

I can honestly say that I have NEVER felt as supported and informed and well taken care of as much as I did by the GP team! From the moment i checked in to the time I'd left, everyone was absolutely AMAZING! Thank you to the team who took care of me without judgement with awe inspiring kindness! You all are wonderful!!!

The staff is super friendly, but it is extremely frustrating that there's no way to even get an appointment. You have to be put on a call list, meaning the work that needs to be done. I don't know, it's just frustrating. I need an appointment sooner than I don't know when, so that's kind of an issue.

My caregivers were very patient in explaining a concern. Receptionist was also friendly when greeted at the desk.

I was running a little late to my dentist appointment and I was still able to get to the office and still had time for me to check in and still get the appointment that I needed, even though I was running a little late. And my provider was very sincere and honest with me and what I needed. All the other service was really good.

I'm always treated with courtesy and kindness by everyone.

Provider didn't seem to have "the touch" with my 10 month old. She wasn't gentle and didn't get him a chance to adjust to her- he cried and she was very aggressive in getting into his mouth then took about two seconds to count the teeth and that was the end- maybe 30 seconds total for the "exam". Our prior provider saw our other kiddo at that age and was able to take her time and explain what she was looking at and provided a much more thorough exam- still only a few minutes but night and day experience. I won't be taking him back to this provider.

The dentist was rude to me about my son having "many cavities". He had 4. Also she was clearly upset when I requested no fluoride. She said he had many cavities and without fluoride "good luck". She was rude and disrespectful. I would expect more from a dentist.

Very professional and courtesy staff!!! Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful about literally EVERYTHING. They even give you a report card at the end of the visit stating what to keep doing and not do anymore. Thank you so much!!!

As someone with high anxiety around dental work the staff I worked with was absolutely phenomenal, from the moment they took me back the same guy stayed with me the entire appointment and any time I didn't understand something he paused the conversation to help explain everything going on. This was an absolutely phenomenal experience, truly so grateful for the staff

I had a broken filling and the dentist got me in to have it fixed within two days and normally she's booked up for a month and a half

I forgot to point out something that my previous dentist AND a denturist I saw a couple of years ago missed/failed to take into account, so I called the next day and asked for the info to be added my chart so we could discuss at my next appointment.

Yeah, I just want to let you know that everybody from the dentist to all the people working at the office were very friendly, attentive, even though you could tell that they were busy and they got swamped real quick. It didn't get to them and they were very professional. So got to give a hats off to them and the crew.

The staff is incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door. Great staff and great location. Highly recommended.

It's inconvenient when they cannot fit all services needed/recommended into the same appointment. Due to lack of Dentist they can only do one service at a time. I continue to have a filling they would like to fix but always have to schedule everything separately instead of fixing both fillings at the same time. They schedule these several months apart as well.

The nurse and dentist was so great.

I am not a good patient due to childhood trauma. They worked so gently with me and listened to me. I was so thankful for the care they take.

I had an emergency with a lost filling and Wes at Willamette was able to get me in to have it replaced within hours of my phone call when an appointment was canceled. I was so pleased with his professionalism and with Dr. Vo.

Some adults have high anxiety about being at a dentist and apparently adults can't have nitrous oxide in your establishment. That rule needs to be changed. My blood pressure gets unusually high while there because of anxiety. Being given something to calm the anxiety would be helpful.

Very easygoing experience. I was able to share all my concerns and the staff was very thorough with their help. I felt that they truly care.

The dentist was very hard to understand. Never checked the neck area lymph nodes, liked under the tongue. Service from dentist was poor. Hard to understand her.

My experience was great. I am extremely terrified of needles in my mouth and this was my first time back at the dentist in a couple years due to this fear. My hygienist and dentist were amazing and making everything quick and comfortable for me. They explained everything and helped fix a broken tooth I had for 4 years and helping me get to the bottom of why I'm having really bad pain in my mouth. I was extremely happy with my care there.

I'm an icu nurse and can appreciate the education given to patients about their care and what is happening with procedures. Going to the de gist can be scary and intimidating but they truly did a fantastic job making a hard times rather enjoyable. Both my son and I were very comfortable and cannot recommend them enough. The doctor, the assistant was wonderful. My appointment was an emergency add-on. I was able to only wait five minutes before being seen. The doctor was wonderful. Great customer service. Really enjoyed the experience.

Hi, I enjoyed Dr. Vo. She was a little wordy. She explained things, if it makes sense, a little too much. She repeated herself several times, but I think that would be good for elderly patients. But yeah, overall, she was wonderful. Thank you.

Yeah, I didn't like the assistant recommending that I get my bottom teeth removed. I came in for a referral to a denture, an upper denture, so I have no teeth on my uppers. And the assistant suggested that I should remove my bottom teeth. That's not not okay.

The dental assistant and Dentist were awesome. They were empathetic and compassionate.

I understand my BP was too high I can respect that . However it should not be her choice as to what I want done in my mouth ..I do not want anything temporary done especially when in pain. If I want the tooth removed and that's a possibility it should not matter her opinion on what I should do for the future of my mouth. That is not up to her. I do not want partials I do not want temporary filings. I want the bad teeth gone and if and when I'm ready for dentures I will cross that bridge.
