Sure wish you were keeping the office in GP . Makes it difficult to make other appointments the same day when you have to burn a half a day going to one appointment to you thank you for your service

Always been a good experience at Willamette Dental.

Arrived before my 12:20 time and wasn't called back 10-15 mins later after 4 others who checked in after me had already got called.

I always have a great experience once I get to the office. My only problem has been with getting appointments in a timely manner. Although, that seems to have improved somewhat.

Emergency visits are the ony way to get in, I have a job that i cannot leave in short notice and scheduling is a nightmare. then the providers can only do the most basic work so I have to have a referral for everything and then make an appointment somewhere else so I definitely will be changing, My previous dentist could make an appointment months in advance, Keep the appointment and then do all of the work that I need in one or two visits.

The dr was very rough. She split my lip. I feel like they messed up in the beginning cause they started to panic they didnt communicate with what they were doing. I felt like the dr rushed and I didnt feel important or heard. Just another pay check. And almost 700$ for a root canal seems too steep for having insurance. Not to mention its still not done and we started in JUNE!!!

Everything went well. No shot, that was disappointing but it wasn't needed this time.

It's very hard to get in but I was supposed to make 6 month appt and they said I would be notified. We shall see.

This was one of the best experiences I had. Although it was for an emergency procedure so there wasnt a lot of information on treatment ongoing we did schedule an appointment to follow up and go over that. I appreciate the kind words and empathy for my previous experiences

I had a very smooth experience.

I thought i was scheduled for an emergency appointment at 0700. No one told me otherwise. I waited for 2 hours to be seen. I asked several times for updates and all they told me was they dont have any updates

Stated I had two cavities but can't set up an appointment. Will have to call me when they get availability. Received after care part that said I don't have cavities?? I asked why I couldn't get set up for an appointment for my tooth decay the office person said just do better oral prevention care!!

The individual that did the shot was very kind and professional. The dental assistant was very thorough and helpful.

My tooth broke again for the fifth time three hours after getting it fixed again. The first thing I bit into was a ruffles potato chip and the filling shattered like glass.

The folks at Willamette Dental provided me with prompt and accurate service. I appreciate their professionalism, especially since I came from a recent dental provider that did not provide me good service. I appreciate them being upfront about everything I needed, all of the care, and everything I could do to protect my tooth health proactively. I was promptly set up with a second appointment six weeks later for additional dental care, and I'm currently on the callback list for three fillings and a potential root canal. I'm looking forward to continuing my dental care with Willammette.

It has been extremely difficult for us to make appointments for dental procedures that we need quickly. Very frustrating

My experience was amazing at Willamette Dental. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The only thing that's hard with them is that is tough to get in at times. You just have to be proactive as a patient and book your appointments ahead of time.

I wasn't able to schedule an appointment to get my 4 cavities fixed because they were too busy. I was asked to call in 2 weeks to try and make an appointment. I found this frustrating.

It was 1.5hrs before I even seen the dr. I was there for over 3hrs. Not the best time spent.

The hygienist and dentist were thorough, gentle and very helpful.

Dr Callans is amazing and all the staff is super friendly and truly amazing so polite and accommodating it's great for nervous dental patients and they always explain everything truly has been a great experience even with the gp office having no dentist they have handled the whole situation very well and timely under the circumstances

After the hygienist (who was friendly and did a great job) cleaned my teeth, I had to wait 45 minutes for the dentist to come in to look at my teeth for 2 minutes. I was late to a meeting and it negatively impacted my whole day. I don't know why I was given an appointment at that time if the dentist was not going to be available.

I had three different dentists in the process of getting a crown so I appreciate them all listening to my concerns and questions. I know they probably new what info I was giving them but it helped to relieve my stress going in.

All of the employees if the off were very kind & professional.

I was not communicated with properly regarding my dental care and the expectations regarding maintaining my orthodontic work after receiving a crown. Had I been given all the information and proper expectations I would have been able to handle the situation better.

I hadn't been to the dentist since before Covid and I was amazed at how clean my teeth were by the time the hygienist was done. I had regularly gone to my previous dentist (before Covid) but the hygienist never got my teeth this clean. I'm very pleased with how my appointment went.

It takes too long to get an appointment. That is the reason for the hesitation to provide a referral to a friend. Great work, great teamwork, but length of time to get into the clinic is a bit much.

Wonderful office, friendly staff

I appreciate the staff, everyone is always nice and professional. I understand the wait list to schedule an appointment but last time I never received a call to schedule the appointment. After months of waiting I had to call multiple times and have the customer service agent leave multiple voicemails in order to receive a call back. I finally received a call back from office staff to schedule an appointment. The difficulty with that process was being available to answer my phone during business hours. I am in court all day for work and unable to answer my phone unless I receive the call on a quick break. It would have been much easier to schedule a future appointment when checking out. Considering this process took about 3 months, it would be beneficial to just schedule the future appointment during check out even if it has to be booked 4+ months out. To summarize, I'm asking to please allow patients to schedule future appointments in office at check out. Thank you for listening.

I liked the timely manner I was checked in and the care that I received. The frustrating part is not being able to make my next dental appointment to have my cavity fixed. I've been placed on a wait list.

It was a very good experience because of the attention and charisma of the doctors.

The staff was so friendly my day light up because on my every visit i always saw them smilling everytime that i greeted them .

The staff are wonderful and did a great job. However, it took two months just to get a call to set an appointment, and then I had to wait another couple months to get in for the appointment. This happens every time, and is unacceptable! Now I need another appointment, but it will probably be about 4 or 5 months before I'm able to get in!

I was told I would be provided information about a referral but I haven't gotten the info yet

This office is great, the staff are super friendly and they care about their patients.

When it is necessary to go to the dentist this is where I will always go. Dr. Callans and her staff are great.

Great people providing great service

Jennifer rested her hands on my mouth several times during my appointment. She forgot, or didn't care to, do the floss test. I cannot floss between the tooth she fixed. The assistant was FABULOUS. She informed me of what to expect and listened to my concerns. The dentist however did not.

I had the best experience, everyone from check-in to bringing me into the back was so very nice and comforting so with that being my first time there it made me less nervous.

Team is really great at proactively addressing my severe dental anxiety. Scheduling was easy once I had "an issue", which was reassuring, but I was on a waiting list for >3 months just trying to get teeth cleaned which was worrisome when dentist had previously said my teeth should be checked more frequently. Even with tight scheduling, it'd be great if we could follow the dentist's recommendations for frequency of visits.
