I love my teeth and do my best to take care of them but I suffer anxiety when it comes to sitting in the dental chair, Dr Peters professionalism extinguishes any fear I had when I first sit, I appreciate her very much.

Scheduling is always a huge challenge and waitlists are unreliable...once an appointment is actually secured the patient experience is great at the Jefferson location.

A brief notification on reason my primary dentist provider wasn't present would be helpful. The sudden change in lead dentist, caused a brief moment of disappointment, as I am use to the prior dentist being the one to read my charts.

Hygienist was extremely rough when working on my teeth. My entire head hurts for the rest of the day after my appointment. I have very healthy teeth and gums, she was just far too rough with every part of the process. I was pulling away from her in the chair because it hurt so bad.

One of the worst dental clinics and doctors I have ever encountered. The doctor lacked even basic knowledge about dental caries and when they should be treated. I was told I had no caries or other dental issues, but after visiting a dentist in my home country, I was diagnosed with five teeth with secondary caries requiring fillings and one tooth that needed an overlay. The level of care and the dental equipment at Willamette Dental were completely unsatisfactory.

Dr Peters always takes time to talk about what I need to do and what the future holds for my plan. She's very nice and takes a minute to chat even though I know she has a heavy load to carry. My Hygenist was amazing and is always striving to do amazing work( as usual) I love the people here and am glad to be a patient

Yeah, I think they gave a pretty accurate description of what's going on with my care and what's going on with my mouth. And that was helpful. I knew that I needed at least, well, one tooth that I need to have removed. It's been an ongoing concern for me to listen to. So I knew that, and they mentioned that again. And they're pretty knowledgeable and it helps me to continue their care.

They gave me a lot of good information.

Dr. Peters is an angel, fantastic dentist, and boy, let me tell you, I've seen him in my time. I've been with her a long time, and I hope I never see another dentist again. She is fabulous. What can I say? The best of the best. Thank you, appreciate your time.

I believe the specialist was rushed.

My hygienist Chris was excellent, patiently answered my many questions. My dental assistant, whose name I'm afraid I cannot remember it was also excellent and also answered my questions knowledgeably and professionally. My dentist doctor peters is fantastic. She didn't hesitate to take the time to cement back in a crown that had fallen out during my cleaning. Scott has been a welcoming, friendly and resourceful administrative staff member for many years, and I always appreciate him.

I could not understand my hygienist.

Everyone- receptionist, nurse/assistant and Dr. Peters were helpful, knowledgable and caring. I also had a good experience when I was on the phone, making an appointment.

I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. This was one of the best dental experiences I've had. I felt that the hygienist put a lot of effort into doing a good job and making sure I was okay. The person that did the xrays did a good job as well. Overall everyone was professional and kind!

Provide more services like orthodontics

As an older gentleman my hearing is not the greatest. So often when I'm in the dental chair the hygienist is behind me asking questions. I never hear accurately what they said the first time and they end up repeating the question. My suggestion to your personnel is for them to face the patient so they are able to hear what's being said.

I was very comfortable & not anxio

I appreciate that they managed to fit me in when I had a dental emergency and then to provide me the very soonest possible time for an extraction.

First off, the dental tech did an exceptional job. She was very understanding. I have a gag reflex and she worked with me. She was also very knowledgeable. Dr. Peters was exceptional. She was very responsive and very helpful. She did great work and she helped me get in to resolve a really painful tooth. So really appreciate it and I'm a big fan.

Dr. Peters is a great dentist and excellent manager of the Jefferson office. Highly professional, competent, caring people.

I had a crown delivered and it was perfectly adjusted and feels great. But that's not all - I recently cracked a back molar and Dr Peters fixed the jagged edge and did some fill-in with resin - all during the same visit, and dealing graciously with this unexpected wrinkle. She did this with compassion and competence, and was sensitive to the fact that I am undergoing chemotherapy.

Dr. peters made me so incredibly happy. She fixed my two front teeth and did such a beautiful job. I fully trust her as my dentist and think she's a kind wonderful person that really cares.

Our dentist had exceptional bedside manners. She met my son where he was to ensure he felt comfortable and offered treatment choices to manage his anxiety and make him as comfortable as possible. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped us come up with a solid tx plan!

I had an overall enjoyable experience which is not something I would think is very common at the dentist. From the folks at the front desk, to the dental assistants, to the doctor who oversaw my visit, everyone was professional, helpful, and warm. One thing I really appreciate about Willamette Dental staff in general is that they point out the things that the patient is doing right and are very encouraging. This experience at the doctor is very empowering and goes a long way to encourage patients to establish or continue engaging in positive health behaviors.

Dr. Peters was very accommodating in squeezing me in for a small repair on my implant. As always she was informative and congenial an efficient!

Dr Peters and her staff never disappoint! After many years of dentists/dental work in various states and overseas in the UK, this is the BEST dental care I have ever received. I should probably stop telling everyone how exceptional Dr Peters staff; and Dr Peters are in providing optimal dental care. At my last appointment the parking lot was completely full except for one handicapped slot! Despite this inconvenience I will continue to spread the word that HERE is the best dental care available.

My job is changing, and I'm going to have to leave this practice, but I have received excellent care from the Jefferson St. Willamette Dental office for over 10 years. Dr. Peters has listened to me, done great exams, coordinated care, and generally been excellent for the entire time I have worked with her. Juan took care of me on multiple occasions, and was great. Chris did this time, and was extremely thorough. I appreciated his explanation of my exam. I have only positive things to say about the care I have received from this team.

Dr. peters explained everything. this was not my first time with the procedure and she took time to tell me more than I had known. As well, her care and patience with doing a procedure that wasn't scheduled. That day was extremely impressive. She did not rush, taking ownership of it, as if it was the only thing she was doing that day. The dental assistant, when making the temporary crown acted in the same way. I have had two good providers in the past and I am amazed that Dr. Peters, with her own personal style, is blending in seamlessly.

Dr Peters is very understanding in addressing my issues. I highly recommend her.

lovely dentist - very positive and informative

I have had some really rude dentists in the past that made me not wish to see any dentist for a very long time. Long story short, I actually needed to see a dentist for some problems with my tooth. The provider and the assistant were so caring and very polite, which made that experience so much better for me. I really thought highly of the care in general and glad I took my business here.
