Best dental experience I've ever had. Got me in super quick. Was dealing with a lot of pain. The doctor was so patient and understanding with my anxiety also. Addressed the problem and got me out in a timely manner. Will only be asking for this dentist from now on. Thank you again.

Dr. Ramirez is a great educator and clearly communicates to a patient what she is finding and options available. Most importantly I see how she treats staff (communicates needs clear, respectful, and motivated to educate them kindly) and that is very important in a provider.

I was in pain so I made an emergency appointment. They took x-rays and found that I had 2 bad teeth. They would only pull one of them. My experience with this office is that they would rather have a patient come back multiple times so they can make that bottom and top dollar. I am more then willing to elaborate and have this discussion however it will be made to be my responsibility and this office will NEVER accept their part in the accountability so what's the point?

Dentist and team were very kind. I was very unsatisfied with willamette rentals ability to call me back with appointments I need for treatment. I have to advocate for myself. Seems like nothing is ever available unless you call constantly.

My team is fabulous. All the members are so caring, professional and trustworthy. I am grateful to have found Willamette Dental on Foster.

The doctor was exceptional, she went above and beyond best dentist ever and on the plus side she speaks spanish

Our dentist was friendly and good at helping my daughter listen and participate in the appointment (opening her mouth, counting teeth). Where I have concern is agency-wide (this is the second dentist we have seen who did this) dentists are hitting their own thumb with their finger to demonstrate thumb sucking is something to stop doing. This was after I shared with the assistant that my daughter is very smart and I wanted reinforcement helping her understand the health impacts of sucking her thumb and why to stop. A dentist demonstrating hitting their finger as if it is bad and deserves punishment is not in line with anything we have understood about child development for decades years. Please train your dentists in more developmentally appropriate and non punitive ways of talking about thumb sucking.

I really liked Dr. Ramirez - she took her time with me to listen and explain things to me. And to investigate my concerns.

Ramirez was fantastic! She worked so hard to make sure I was totally comfortable. She noticed nearly imperceptible signs of slight discomfort and immediately took steps to get me back to comfort.

Great staff and compassionate, helpful approach

Getting an appointment took many weeks back and forth before I could get hold of someone to help me get one.

I was having 4 teeth removed. Dr Ramirez made feel comfortable and always checking to see how I was doing, as well as Dental Assistant.

The hygienist was the best I ever had. Dr Ramirez is great too.

The providers were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what they could do and what they recommended that I do. Scheduling availability is difficult at the moment.

Amazing bilingual staff!

The dentist is always great. The dental hygienist that was there today was absolutely fabulous. I don't recall her name. I wish I did.

The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was wonderful. She had a great way of explaining why she did what she did and what I could do to improve my oral health.

I was a wait-list for quite a while but once I got in then the actual appointment was great.

Our appt was canceled but no phone called had to be rescheduled to another Dr scheduled and waited 1 hr and was called back 30 min late for the appt time too. Us parents is running on a time frame too please we more on time.

I hope you resolve the scheduling issues. In hindsight, my dental needs were met, I wish that WD could schedule beyond 30 days, rather than waiting for a call back

I had a VERY hard time scheduling this appointment. I called for months and kept being told there were no appointments and they couldn't schedule out any further. It was frustrating. I was easily able to schedule my next appointment from the office.

The appointments system is very clunky. Honestly, the worst I've experienced of any dentist or health care professional. The care, however, is outstanding. Hopefully you can fix the appointments situation to better reflect the company and its staff.

I wish that your offices would schedule appointments out further. If I am told to come back in four months, I should be able to schedule that appointment without calling you again in the future.

The staff whom I worked with were awesome and very helpful.

My hygienist was extremely thorough. I have had appointments where I felt like the hygienist didn't do anything, but this time my teeth are much cleaner. As for Willamette, the scheduling process is an incomprehensible nightmare. It should not be this hard to get an appointment.

My first appointment is a ways off but I expected that. I mentioned that I had a concern about a missing crown and the scheduler connected me with a triage staff member who scheduled a more urgent appt for the same week. I was extremely satisfied and grateful. The dental assistant was wonderful, as was the dentist that I saw. I apologise, I can't recall their names.
