The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was wonderful. She had a great way of explaining why she did what she did and what I could do to improve my oral health.

I was a wait-list for quite a while but once I got in then the actual appointment was great.

Our appt was canceled but no phone called had to be rescheduled to another Dr scheduled and waited 1 hr and was called back 30 min late for the appt time too. Us parents is running on a time frame too please we more on time.

I hope you resolve the scheduling issues. In hindsight, my dental needs were met, I wish that WD could schedule beyond 30 days, rather than waiting for a call back

I had a VERY hard time scheduling this appointment. I called for months and kept being told there were no appointments and they couldn't schedule out any further. It was frustrating. I was easily able to schedule my next appointment from the office.

The appointments system is very clunky. Honestly, the worst I've experienced of any dentist or health care professional. The care, however, is outstanding. Hopefully you can fix the appointments situation to better reflect the company and its staff.

I wish that your offices would schedule appointments out further. If I am told to come back in four months, I should be able to schedule that appointment without calling you again in the future.

My hygienist was extremely thorough. I have had appointments where I felt like the hygienist didn't do anything, but this time my teeth are much cleaner. As for Willamette, the scheduling process is an incomprehensible nightmare. It should not be this hard to get an appointment.

My first appointment is a ways off but I expected that. I mentioned that I had a concern about a missing crown and the scheduler connected me with a triage staff member who scheduled a more urgent appt for the same week. I was extremely satisfied and grateful. The dental assistant was wonderful, as was the dentist that I saw. I apologise, I can't recall their names.

I voiced my concerns and they listened. I was more nervous than my son who was getting the procedure done.

Honestly, not a single thing. It was clear that the dentist knew what she was doing and was nice enough, and I could say enough for the woman assisting her, but I am disgusted by Willamette Dental as a business and frankly I understand why you have a security guard in your foyer.

Although the dental staff we got were great we have not had a good experience there outside of this one since they transferred my kids to this branch during covid without letting us know. And they keep saying they can't transfer them back even though I go to a different branch that my kids originally went to. We are not fond of the drive to this location, the location of where it is, and the experiences outside of this one that we have had. I don't like driving my kids through that area and having them exposed to what goes on out there.

I just wanted to say I had a good experience and was actually thinking I would like to switch to that dentist versus the one that I have. I guess I could just call them to do that. That's it.

Really lovely, and the dentist was very educational and preventive about my teeth health.

Alot of technical confusion on how to transfer records. I've signed the release waiver twice and still haven't received them.

I am not the person that goes to doctors or dentists but my experience at Willamette dental was extremely good very nice and friendly workers and they're very clean and organized office and equipment. Very impressed with my experience. Can't wait for my next appointment.

Both ladies, the hygienist and dentist, were fantastic.

I liked the service providers at the Lents location MUCH more than at the Jefferson location, where I was very disappointed with the dentist. However, both offices seem to have problems running very behind schedule. Usually a wait of 20-30 minutes beyond appointment time before being seen.

The dentist was awesome, so professionally but friendly and very much put me at ease with some scary teeth concerns I had. I felt her assessment and interventions were very appropriate and thorough.

I usually had to wait month or two to see a doctor. But thus time they were able to schedule me in same day. The doctor saved my tooth and provided excellent care. Only took one hour. The doctor and her team did fantastic job.

I think Dr. Ramirez is her name, was lovely, kind, very aware of my time constraints as a parent in a rushed situation. And the whole team kind of worked together to get me in and out of there super quick. Just very pleased from start to finish from the front desk through to the dentist. And yeah, looking forward to... Not a lot of people look forward to getting teeth taken out of their mouth or pulled out or drilled into, but I can say I'm looking forward to getting a couple cavities filled in January.

This is a new team for me and they are like night and day. I was having to deal with going a day maybe three with no teeth as they fixed my partial. They worked fast and hard and got them done in one day! Best fit ever!!!! Like a glove
