I don't remember her name but my dental hygienist was great. I absolutely loved her! She gave me lots of good advice and little tidbits of information I hadn't heard before. I hope I get her again next time.

Great Experience from start to finish , we showed up a little early before our scheduled appt , and were seen almost immediately. The staff was so great from start to finish. I know kids can be nervous, but the staff and dentist were great .

The staff was very friendly. They were able to explain any concerns that I had, answer any concerns that I had, explain anything, especially if there was something like an issue, they would be able to explain it to where we understand what steps we need to take to correct said issues. Very informative, I would say. The only problem is they don't accept new patients that often at certain offices, so it would be hard to refer out I did recommend they would just not be able to get in for an appointment because of it, being close to new patients. But if they can open up more appointments or accept more new patients at more locations, then I'd be willing to recommend.

This doctor is the best dentist I have ever seen. Professional, courteous, considerate, and informative on treatment. She is stellar.

Definitely improvements have been made or at least today and my last appointments have been decent experiences, if not overall very nice. I don't want to jinx my future experiences. But I am impressed with the quality of change.

Excellent professionalism and empathy

The providers were great. It takes too long to see the dentist. It took over one month from the time I made the appointment to the day of.

They worked well under pressure. They were 10 minutes late so we were under a time crunch as I had another appointment. It was a big job and they did it well with the limited amount of time.

It is frustrating that I cannot make or reschedule appointments in person at the office. Makes no sense as I hear the receptionists on the phone with clients about their appointments. We are a family of five and it is a lot, please consider allowing for in person scheduling at the office. Even setting a system of reminders would be helpful.

All the Staff at Willamette Dental from office staff to Dental assistant, hygienist, technician and Dentist are exemplary. Caring, empathetic, cordial and professional. They are great.

It was fast, and actually painless, once the doctors and nurses were told that my nerves were over active, and burning from the pain in my neck, and teeth.

Very friendly staff

We enjoyed the visit very much! The hygienist was an so wonderful! She was funny and really made my daughter relax. But also informed her of her teeth and gum health in a manner that she could understand. And the doctor is so nice and calming. We will not be seeing anyone else! Thank you!

We love the care we receive, but the wait list is unreasonably long.

The dentist and her assistant were super friendly and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and made me feel comfortable and I really appreciate their patience and compassion.

Docs and assistants are consistently professional, helpful; "friendly" is too mild a description-I'm always treated with respect and smiles,and sensitivity. And the staff gives me information regarding what's being done, and what needs to be done in a way I can understand, without talking down to me (Contrary to what some believe, a person's IQ doesn't drop 50 points after the age of 60).

The hygienist took a lot of time and Care helping my son learn how he needs to brush and care for his teeth. The dentist was amazing kind and listen to our concerns. I was very happy wurh my sons care.

The doctor was great. I'm not sure if this is true, but if it isn't, it should be. This practice focuses on strengths and encourages me about what I'm doing right in my dental care instead of pointing out my mistakes. It feels like there is a clear focus on strengths, and that makes a big difference for my oral health.

The dental hygienist and dental assistant I had were absolutely amazing. I struggle with anxiety disorder, and they were very accommodating talk to me and helped me out when I was struggling definitely felt comfortable.

Very professional, yet friendly which is most welcome when visiting the dentist office. Everyone I dealt with was amazing. I appreciate how they made it a good experience. One critique is the use of gloves yet touching the computer, x-ray computer, switch and with the same gloves going into my mouth!!!! Everyone else working is using the same equipment and touching their patients mouths. PLEASE, change your gloves. This is some thing I will speak up for the next visit. Overall, excellent job!

My experience was great. I had a cavity filled and the crew took goid care of me. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and engaged in chit chat which was appreciated. I will be back for any other needs I might encounter.

A highly recommend the clinic and the friendly staff is a good option for everyone

The staff at this location always listen to me and are very empathetic and educational. I have serious dental phobia and they are always very cool about it. The facility is clean and professional and the best place I've ever gone to.

This experience was great. We have to make an appt for fillings and when I called because they don't do it in office, they said that there are no appointments and I'd be put on a call list.

Fast and friendly!

This is my first time going with my daughter and the service was very good. I thank everyone for their kindness and understanding towards us.

I would like to say. One my blood pressure was high when I went in there. I tried to explain that my blood pressure is always high. So they decided that they couldn't work on me because it was so high. She told me I should go to the emergency room because it was so high. So she kind of scared me. So I went to the emergency room. Just to be told that my blood pressure is high. And they were going to watch it. So what baffles me is I just wanted to get my teeth cleaned. I could see if they were going to put me out or something like that maybe not working on me. But what's even funnier is the next day I had a fine needle biopsy.

I would like to change my provider to a different one.

I would like to thank all the staff that provided care for my son. They were very careful. They were child-friendly, to say the least. I liked how they hide the syringe before putting it into his mouth without the kid knowing. This little sneaky way keeps all the fear away from kiddos. I would like to appreciate the full staff working at Willamette Dental from the front desk to the very last second of my son getting dental care. They are very careful, very accurate, and very professional and very friendly. Thank you.

Dr Nguyen and the hygienist were awesome. They made our grandson's first dental visit a great experience for him!

My doctor did very well. I had teeth put together and I couldn't get floss through them and she grinded them out and made it so I could floss easier to them. It was awesome work. Nobody's done that for me the whole time I've been going to the dentist. And really appreciate it. I got great service and great care. And you guys keep up the good work. Thank you.

Awesome experience's for all the 4 years I have been coming. I had a traumatic event happen as a child in a dentists office (obviously different provider) so I have actually had a phobia of going to the dentist since the age of 5. When I go to this office I know I am in good hands and even though I have anxiety while there, I know they will take care of me.

I found that when I was shone a color match for my tooth it is not what I got

My recent experience was great my dentist assistant was super gentle and guided me through the whole process, explaining every step.

Amber, my assistant, was absolutely excellent, kept me greatly informed, constantly asked to make sure I wasn't in pain. And the young lady who was the doctor, the dentist doctor, was friendly, nice, intelligent, explained things, came in. She even checked me a couple times and gave me extra Novocain, which was nice. And I've had no swelling or problem afterwards. She did a fabulous, fabulous job. So anyways, thank you very much. Good day.
