Miranda the dental hygienist was very thorough in showing me what and how a water flosser works ...when I asked her towards the end of my appointment. She showed me images and video clips on her office computer and I really appreciated it. She was very friendly and answered any questions I had throughout my visit.

I appreciate how kind and professional the dentist and assistant were, as well as the receptionist. The dentist and assistant were friendly/kind and did their best to make my son comfortable. Handled him with care, even when he was crying and unhappy about getting his teeth checked. Within 5 minutes or less of walking through the door we were able to get checked in and seen. overall very happy with the dental office/staff. Keep up the good work!

Dr was great He explained the process and I was happy to follow his recommendations. Getting dentures full top and bottom is a big decision and kinda scary. I recommend wearing warm clothes. They are air air conditioning in the winter. Brr..

They sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and now I don't know where my prescription is because it wasn't at the pharmacy the dental assistant wrote down. So now am extremely frustrated as I need my prescription and don't know where to go please fix this ASAP

The hygienist was a little rough - the hot tool was resting on my lip a lot - it was more painful and quick than I've had before.

Waited 12 weeks for an extraction. 12 weeks. The office was behind schedule and I was offered to reschedule. The staff was gathered because someone had their dog in to visit. It was a orange poodle that was passed around to many employees that had congregated to see the dog. After the crowd thinned the dog was taken into the hallway where the exam rooms are and was gone 3-5 minutes. I watched this and was surprised by this action. The dog was taken into the directors office and then they left. I was a captive audience because I was at the end of waiting 12 weeks to have a tooth pulled. The casual attitude was unlike anything I have experienced in a medical facility. Congratulations to the team for breaking my expectations and my out dated thoughts as to how a medical facility is ran. Good job !

Awesome team I really like them all. Very kind and professional. Appt scheduling is an issue though. Always between 75-90 days out. When more than one item needs completed and they can only open 1 at a time it compounds issues when it lets other issues fester and get worse and worse treatment needed in the future because of it. Should be able to at least get a double appt available when I have several more to go.

Dr. Ulmer and the dental assistant in training were both fantastic. The dental assistant had a hard job because my tongue kept wanting to push the tooth holding device away during the x-ray. But she was persistent and got a great x-ray. Doctor Ulmer was patient and listened very well and seemed to really know exactly what he was doing.

Past experiences with other dentists through Willamette dental have been not nearly as good as this one. Both Dr.Ulmer and the young woman who placed my temporary crown were receptive, understanding and cared about my situation. I felt that my needs were addressed and the way I was treated by staff during this appointment was excellent. While my time with Dr.Ulmer was short he provided valuable insight and advice in a concise manner that was easy to understand. He listened to my questions and concerns and addressed them respectfully and again provided insight into why decisions were being made and how things would be done during future appointments. The young woman who placed my temporary crown was patient, understanding of my unrelated medical issues and made sure I was comfortable during the entire appointment. I felt she went above and beyond making sure my temporary crown fit right and making sure the correct adjustments were made. Overall this was one of my best dentist appointments I have had in years in terms of the care I received and the treatment by my providers.

I love the staff, they are very professional and attentive, but getting close appointments is always very difficult, but thank you because they do a good job.

I'd like to say that everybody was great. Dentists, every single person was awesome. The one thing I would say, and I think this goes for all dentists, could we get some paintings or something on the wall? It's just all white walls, very sad and disturbing. People need to relax in these dentist situations. everyone could use a little color in their life, at least a painting to look at. That's all I got to say. Everything else is fantastic. Thank you.

Dr. Ulmer and his staff are professional and welcoming. I felt very relaxed and comfortable during my visit. Dr. Ulmer examined my teeth after the x-rays and hygienist's excellent cleaning. He explained things and made some suggestions for home care.

I like lemon Dental, the only reason why I most likely wouldn't recommend it is because of the time that it takes to get an appointment is excessive

I was late for my appt because Medical Transportation was late in picking me up, but they were nice enough to fit me in right away.

Obviously I made this appointment because I had tooth pain. Yes , they fixed the issue by removing my filling and refilling my cavity but I did not appreciate the fact that the procedure was not discussed with me before they started working on it. I did not know the cause of the tooth pain, I figured they would explain to me why I was in pain and then explain the procedure they were going to do to fix it. Instead, they went straight to work, not explaining to me what was going on. That left me confused and irritated because I had to guess what was happening since no one explained the procedure.

Very nice, I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Despite the language difference, he was very patient and professional.

I spent six months making an appointment, and they were supposed to call me back, but they wouldn't. I finally had to ask by when when they were going to help? And the dentist who treated me seemed very professional, compassionate, and honest.

Yes, I thought everybody worked wonderful as a team. They were informative. They had no problems answering questions. Gave me information that I probably would have got home and thought, oh, I wish I would have asked, but they gave it to me. Appointment availability is awful. If there were more providers a person would not have to wait 3 months minimum to get a tooth fixed. Ridiculous how long it takes to be seen. And for the actual Dr to be in the room for 5 mins at most, is ridiculously short compared to the time it took to get in the chair in the first place after the initial problem began. 3 months to get a cavity fixed is enough time for the whole tooth to become decayed, resulting in having to pull it because there is nothing left of it to fix.

I would like to say that the dentist was extremely patient and gentle with the service. I would say his assistants might need maybe a little more, what's the word? The dentist was awesome. The two nurses afterwards, I would say they might need a little freshen up or maybe a, I don't know how to explain it, but yeah, the dentist was awesome. He was quick. He got the job done. The two ladies, yeah, I would maybe give them a course, a refresher or something. I don't know how to explain it, but yeah. But the dentist was awesome.

I am very satisfied with everything related to the dental team, the doctor, the assistant, and everyone working with the dentist. The only issue was when I made the appointment; I felt that the person who scheduled it wasn't very cordial or friendly. That's the only thing, but other than that, it's a great team, and they do excellent work. I am satisfied with that.

Yes, they were very knowledgeable and they, you know, were done real quick. They, you know, it was good. He did a real good job. The assistant did a real good job. It was all out good experience. My son was, it was good with the emergency that he had. And yeah, they fixed it real fast.

First of all, I did not see Jeffrey, whatever his name is, the dentist. I saw the girl that assists him. I guess she's a nurse, a dental nurse or something. She was really nice and really communicative, but I did not like the work that she did. She put a soft line in my teeth because I'm due to have them relined next week. I had to book it for a third time because for some reason they didn't like the way the other one came out and they had to do it again. I was supposed to pick it up that day, but now I have to go back and in two weeks have it done all over again. I didn't like it. It was a really uncomfortable one. They still take it out. I've got to call your office and see if they can redo the bottom one because I haven't had it done in ten years and I want to make sure it's done right. That's all. Thank you.
