Dr Pradel and Meygen were great.

Even though we were unable to complete the procedure, no fault to the clinic, I was very happy with the service I received.

I am very pleased with my treatment and care at this appointment. Dr. Pradel and her assistant were very attentive to keeping me relaxed and out of pain while doing my two extractions.

Post procedure details could have been more precise.

I really appreciate the professional and friendly manner of all the staff. They made my experience so much better.

Too many times appointment is made and then Willamette Dental calls to cancel it. My appointment ended up going 2 months past original appointment due to this. The staff however are very good and the Doctor was excellent. No pain at all during a procedure that I would have expected quite a bit of pain.

She was wonderful! This was not a fun procedure and her and her assistant we very calm, patient and understanding.

She made me feel relaxed& less stressed

I had a tooth extraction with doctor pradel. She and her assistants took the time to explain to me any complications that might arise and how to take care of myself after the surgery. I was nervous going into it, but with their reassurance and being relaxed by the nitrous, I had a good experience. It was quick and nearly painless.. on day two, after my tooth extraction, it's already starting to heal nicely.Thank you for a good outcome!

Me and my daughter after that apparently felt she was rude and wanting to do something right away and I felt this decision needed more attention and thought, I will be calling to only have one tooth removed at a time due to my daughter recent medical attention needs .

In that it is often to easy to be critical or agitated, if any of these characteristics were present, they were quickly diminished by the professionalism and attention to my needs for this particular appointment. The wait for dental care is way to long.

They need to stop assuming that you speak a language that you don't. Do not assume from looks or names. It's unprofessional

The Oral surgery was great. The appointment was hard to get. I was suppose to be called in 2 weeks after they got the referral. I had to call after a month and they gave me a emergency appt. I always get we will call u 2 weeks. They have never called In 2 weeks I have always had to call them after waiting at least 4 to 6 weeks. I have been with a patient for over 30 years. This company has been around a long time. They should have it figured out by now. Do better!

Dr. Pradel is most gentle in her work and care. Much appreciated. Just a minor comment... when giving care instructions to the patient, do it face to face. Standing behind the patient doesn't result in always clear communication. Otherwise, all good. Thank you!

I noticed that she turned on meditative sounds which I appreciated as she worked on removing my tooth. It was calming and relaxing.
