Dr. Wan and our dental assistant, Lia were so incredibly patient and understanding while working with my daughter who has anxiety about getting her teeth extracted and the whole braces process. They took the time to discuss her plan and talked her through step by step addressing her concerns with each step and soothing her anxiety. I am so grateful for their patience and understanding!

Dr. Wan and her ortho team are so wonderful! They are friendly, patient, and always take the time to explain where they're at in the braces process for my son. We were patients over at Liberty and honestly had one foot out the door looking into switching to a different dentist but were referred over to Dr. Wan for my daughter's braces and that changed everything! Dr. Wan and her team are amazing! Give them all raises. They work hard and with a smile and deserve the best!

I love Dr Wan! She listens so attentively, answers all our questions, and makes time for us. On this visit she waited for me (Mom) to answer questions over the phone while I was at work. She was so generous with her time.

Dr. Wan and Stephanie were wonderful with Nia as they worked on her teeth - she felt very comfortable with them. Kelsie and Ashley were friendly as they checked her in and out! We love this office!

The orthodontist part of Willamette Dental is exception especially consider that there is only 1 Ortho doc available. The dentistry side of it is terrible and once my braces are off, I'll be switching from Willamette to something else.

Dr. Wan was a really good doctor. she was probably my favorite healthcare worker I've ever probably had in my lifetime. And yeah, I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She really connects with you and she tells information like how it is. she also has really good recommendations on what you should do.

Dr. Wan provided outstanding orthodontic treatment and surpassed my expectations with her detail-oriented care. I had previously been turned down by 2 other orthodontists as a retreat patient and she was glad to offer me treatment via Invisalign that aligned my teeth the way I've been wanting for years. I required 2 revisions which I was happy to comply with as I knew Dr. Wan was aiming for perfection (which I really appreciated!). Her ortho team, specifically Ashley and Aileen (whoop-whoop!), were fantastic per the usual at advising as to what my treatment entailed and what I needed to do with home care to ensure the best results. I always looked forward to my ortho appointments and it's bittersweet that I no longer require further treatment. I'd recommend this ortho team to anyone interested in aligning their teeth! You could say my life is a little more straightened out now. Thank you, Dr. Wan!

Dr. Wan and Lia were incredible. My child had a horrible experience on 9/26 with the hygenist and had severe anxiety to be in the building now. They took time, even extra time I'd imagine, to calm all his fears and be there for him without making him feel guilty or rushed. Thank you!!
