Great experience with the dental hygienist? Not sure if that's the right title. But the guy that did the x-rays and cleaned my teeth. Just the right amount of interaction, perfesionional and personal. I also really like my Dentist.

The staff cared for me and my treatment and I felt comfortable with this appointment. Dr Yoo was great and wanted to treat me right away. I am glad I was able to get the right treatment and diagnosis.

When I called to make an appointment they were able to schedule me for the following week. They even called me back to reschedule an appointment for my daughter. Dr. Yoo is friendly and efficient. She is an amazing dentist.

The Dr. was super duper nice and polite and apologetic even though I'm the one who asked for no numbing. My only negative about anything was that there is nowhere to go on Sunday. ER's don't do dental so I waited 24 hours and there may have been a greater risk of tooth death now and what not. There needs to be somewhere to go every single day in the event of true emergencies.

I appreciate how quickly I got an appointment. She squeezed me in her busy schedule to do a adjustment to my lower denture. The denturest, i think that's his position, is stretched thin . I wouldn't have been able to see him for the adjustment for a month!! Which is a long time to be in pain over a simple adjustment. I really appreciate the team taking it on. Fyi you need more denturest then just one. A month out for an appointment is crazy for just an adjustment.

The dental hygienist was wonderful!

It was fine. Never very fun to get a crown on, but it was as pleasant as possible. I did have quite a lot of pain of a few days, but I think that is normal.

Dr. Yoo is very informative and kind to my son. The staff who assisted her are very helpful as well. They explained everything to my son before doing anything so my son is aware what is going to happen

The hygienist was especially thorough. Both the hygienist and dentist provided excellent information about my dental care and in response to any questions I had.

Your scheduling is the worst. Never appointments available when notice comes for yearly checkups. Always need to callback because person on the phone can only go out so far on the calendar. Scheduled 12 month checkup always turns into 14 or 15 month checkup. DO BETTER!

Not only were my dental hygienist and Dr. Yoo incredible to work with (engaging conversations) but informative! Dr Yoo took the time to explain the anatomical structure of the jaw and connective tissues. She also spoke with me (at length) about TMJ, teeth alignment. As well as how my current aligners would be better suited for a more hands-on approach. I appreciated the enlightening conversation and the time the staff took with me.

My provider and my hygienist and the office staff are fantastic.

Dr. Yoo is great and even made time for a question about my own car and put in an order and got the panoramic pictures to be done so I could be referred to ortho. I really appreciate her going above and beyond! Fantastic service

Our family has seen Dr. Yoo for dental care for 20+ years. I can't imagine receiving the high level of care that she provides from any other Dentist. That's why we stick with her and Willamette Dental. The "merging" with Delta Dental has been a bit rocky, but assuming leadership figures things out, we might possibly stick with her for another 20 years, if she doesn't retire.... ;-)

The dental assistant really helped me because I was panicking in an anxiety moment. I didn't have much hope of actually getting help, but she pushed through every wall I put up as fast as I put it up. I am very thankful for everything.

I'm so glad the Doctor could squeeze me in to relieve my pain before the holidays. I know it probably made her day way more hectic than it needed to be. Mary went above and beyond to provide great care, and I really appreciate it.

Dr. Yoo is so kind and caring and gentle. She really listens and is so compassion. She made sure I was comfortable and even offered me a blanket because it was so cold in the office and kept checking on me every few minutes during the appointment to make sure I was ok and see if I needed anything. She is the best Dr I have seen and this experience is completely opposite of the past experiences I have had when I first began coming to Willamette. I would recommend Dr. Yoo to anyone especially anyone with anxiety when it comes to dental work. She has been nothing but kind and understanding everytime I have met with her.

The best I've ever Known. I had a sore tooth. I did not get in immediately but next day can you believe it? My toothache was taken care of beautifully much less pain the next day and yes, all of my children receive dentistry there as well. Great job people
