My last dental hygienist provided a terrible experience. However, the hygienist and provider at my visit took some time to go over my concerns and explain incorrect information given at my last appointment. I'm truly thankful for them taking the time to go over my concerns.

I had a filling fall out and was able to get in quickly in which they did an incredible job filling two teeth. They did so good matching the color of the filling that it looks like my real tooth. I'm very pleased and thankful! ????

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Great customer service. My only complaint about Willamette Dental is that it is apparently understaffed and that makes it very difficult to get appointments. Earlier this year, I lost a filling and had a hole in my tooth for a month before they could see me. The difficulty getting appointments is making me think about changing to another insurer. Great customer service doesn't mean much if you can't be seen in a timely manner.

This was my second visit with the same hygienist, Bailey, and she has done an incredible job both times! First time seeing Dr Heisch but was very impressed with his professionalism and care.

Everyone was really friendly. It was a really pleasant atmosphere. And I'm very happy to be able to chew my food without pain again. So thank you.

It takes a really, really long time to get into for you guys. That's my only issue. Otherwise, Percival and nice.

It seems that the team is working as a whole unit. The lady who assisted did an extremely wonderful job w/the filling that fell out.. From taking the X-ray to setting up my mouth w/all the things needed... She also found a little more decay and got it cleaned out before she created the new filling... I will be back soon for the crown.

When I called I needed my dentures fixed, which was explained to the associate. They said they can make me an appt to get them fixed in aprox 1 and a half months. I asked if they new of a place to get my dentures fixed they stated they could get me in sooner so I agreed, when I arrived I was informed that this was a new patient visit and they couldn't fix my dentures at this office. I was not happy with this liberty office at all, (being lied to is very disrespectful) now im still with broken dentures and have no idea as to when I can get a real appointment to get my dentures fixed or new ones. Thank you Liberty office for little to nothing, all I can do is super glue my dentures, and the best i can and hope for is that the lancaster office will call within a month or so.

It took 2 months to be seen for my initial visit. That seems wild to me. 2 weeks tops. Once I finally got in, the experience was perfect. I couldn't ask for better.

The dentist and hygienist were amazing. I had great service and all my questions were answered.

Many thanks to the doctor who fixed my tooth filling! He did great job while explained well to me what really happened to the problem tooth that has been bothering me few months.

This dentist actually made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety without being condescending. Not an easy thing, considering I have dental terror.

I never mind going to the dentist because I know that the team at WVD will always make sure that I'm as comfortable as possible. And everyone is always so Nice!

Waiting for 40 minutes after my appointment time is not acceptable. I had to cancel other appointments.

I always have a great experience at Willamette Dental. I loved the traveling hygienist that was there as well!

They should be able to schedule out further or send reminders to customers that it's time to schedule.

Mt hygienist was friendly, and she explained when I had questions about what she was doing.

I was very anxious going in and had 4 additional teeth that had issues that I was worried about. The dental assistant listened to my concerns and spoke to Dr. Heisch. Dr Heisch was able to fix all 5 teeth in one fairly short visit and honestly have me my smile back! Thank you so much!

Dr. Heisch is kind and very professional. He explains what my options are and the pro's and con's in layman terms. I had the option when making my appt. To see another dentist and I waiting until Dr. Heisch had an opening. He never dissappoints me. It really is a pleasure to see Dr. Heisch. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Heisch.

They got me in and out quick as I was on a time limit and did a very good job at fixing a hole in my tooth from a filling that had just fallen out unexpectedly

I got major pain relief from the adjustment of my denture.

I loved the dental hygienist that treated me because she was nice and told me what was going to happen beforehand etc.

It was the first time to see this dentist(Dr. Heisch), but he had thoroughly reviewed my chart and knew my history, especially on the tooth in question. That made me feel confident in his evaluation. He also explained 3 options of care, and the pros and cons of each. He listened to my questions and answered my concerns.

Scheduling was a difficult process. I had to strongly advocate for myself to get an appointment within a few months of my due date.

Hygienist (don't have her name) was so kind and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and provided extra info. I hope she has a wonderful maternity leave!

We were called back about 15 minutes late, with others who came in after us called back significantly ahead of us, while the waiting room and parking lot were empty. A bit frustrating, but overall ok.

They were kind, gentle, and let me pause when needed during exrays, as I have a small mouth and bad gag reflex. I very much appreciated that!

Dr Heisch does a great job of explaining treatment options in detail and listens carefully to patient concerns. He also keeps the patient informed of what is happening during any procedure and is mindful of patient comfort.

They were all very pleasant and friendly. They listened to me and answered my questions with no hesitations.

Wonderful front desk employees

I'm generally not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, but this experience was actually great. From the folks that checked me in, to the dental assistants, the assistant dentist, and dentist, everyone was very kind and professional. Probably the best dental experience I've had.

X-ray tech/ dental assistant that we saw at our appointment was very nice and helpful. Front desk staff nice. Otherwise everything else just ok.
