Aaron, at the front desk, was very helpful in getting me an expedited appointment. Dr. Peter and her assistant were engaging, informative and put me at ease during my procedure.

Pleasant and informative

I'm never disappointed with my visits. The only change I would like would be to have my teeth cleaned every 6 months rather than once a year.

The original appointment was cancelled less than 24 hours by the office then rescheduled for a month later. That was frustrating but do understand people get sick.

It was our daughter's first visit and the staff and Doctor made her experience smoothing, memorable and a good one - she even got to pick out a little Duck, which made it soooo fun.

It does take too long, but when I get in the staff is awesome!

I had a comfortable experience. The hygienist was great at her job. The new doctor was easy to talk to and understood my concerns. I definitely recommend going to the Willamette dental office on Liberty St.

Good service but they did not deliver, they promised to call me later during the day for an update nothing happened, felt like my day was wasted.

I love how accommodating this office is for families. They always time our appointments perfectly and make sure they get us all in on one day so we do t have to make multiple trips. I appreciate how thoughtful they are for that ??

What I noticed was the friendliness of the appointment line, the exray tech, the dentist and all the reception staff.

The dentist and assistant were patient with my child who has severe anxiety and was extremely nervous about the procedure. They calmly talked to her and helped her work through her anxiety to have a successful procedure in the end and even complemented her on being brave and working through her anxiety. She felt heard, cared for, and respected.

This was a very good visit for my child. I will always be bummed that scheduling is booked out so far. Anyways, technicians 10! This dentist, 10?

Dr Peter is the best dentist I've ever had. She is 100% painless. Her skill and abilities are unmatched by any dentist I've met. I highly recommend her for children and adults. Good work Dr Peter. Keep up the good work.

I have a lot of anxiety and horrible experience with past dentists and they were so professional, welcoming and by far addressed my concerns and made me just take a deep breath and know that I am in good hands. It was a breath of fresh air to overcome a huge fear of mine.

Came in for an abscess that is getting larger with discomfort and additional symptoms increasing daily. I was provided no treatment, but scheduled for an appt almost a month out. Not very satisfied with patient care as I received none for an infection that is getting worse while even on antibiotics.

My son's dental hygienist was absolutely amazing. She took extra care to make sure he was comfortable and felt in control. She was beyond kind and supportive throughout the appointment. This is the first time my son has been able to get his teeth cleaned and it was because of her patience and positive attitude. She deserves a major kudos, she's amazing!

I loved the gal that came in and cleaned my teeth and took the time to really explain and go over things, she was very professional and kind.

I felt like this Dental team took more time working with me, this time. Time before, not so much . Felt like it was a rushed job. Not sure if this is why filling fell out in a little over a month ?

I had a broken front tooth filling that came out and they were able to get me appointment within a couple days. I'll taken care of now they would like to try to fill in the rest of the bottoms of my teeth waiting to find out. Great dentist there

Dr Peters and her assistant ALWAYS take very good care of me!

I was disappointed that the dentist made the choice to file down the filling without talking to me first. I understand why she did it, but I came in to fix a chip in my front tooth, and when I left, it looked almost the same as when I came in, because she filed it down so much.

All around a very positive experience. The staff in each phase of my visit were helpful, friendly, and worked as a team.

I was grateful the team could schedule my child's and my appointment back to back. The team held my child and played with them while I got my xray but when it came time for both our exams there was not an additional staff to help hold my child while they got an exam or while I did. In the future I will be asking for additional staffer to be able to help distract my child during their appointment. Due to not having any additional staff (understandable so) I was not able to get my teeth cleaned. The staff where not very understanding that I dont have child care and kept pushing for me to "just drop them off" with someone so I could get my teeth cleaned. I did not appreciate that.

Dr. Peters was very professional, compassionate, and had a really good communication with me regarding my care. Have not seen that within Willamette Dental Group for almost 20 years. I was highly impressed in the changes that have been made and appreciate all that they have done.

I hated my experience. I didn't get the thing I came there for treated. I was told one thing and then it wasn't true.

I've spent most of my life being afraid of the dentist after a few very bad experiences as a child. The folks that helped me were amazing and I can't thank them enough.

The dental assistant was amazing. Super personable, considerate, and kind. She listened to me and made sure all of my needs were met. Her vibe was very comforting, which helped to settle my anxiety about going to the dentist.

From the check in staff, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist, all were great.

It's been a long time since I've been to the dentist and the staff and crew are very welcoming.

They assisted me in my Spanish language and it was very comfortable

I was slapped to unconscious when I was 5 years because the dentist hurt me and I bit down on his finger (this was a children's dentist). Willamette dental in Albany has always been very good at helping me cope with my fears of a dentist.

Hygienist seldom used "please or thank you" when working with me , ie: turn this way, or open wider, spit, etc

Professional and efficient and personable

The assistant listened to me about my gag reflex and got numbing spray for me and the xrays were so EASY! I have been trapped in previous appointments and the assistant didn't know where the spray was and ended up with a 360 xray and almost puking. Love, love, love that my issue was resolved the same day and didn't have to come back 2 or 3 times. And the filling matches my front teeth so it isn't noticeable and it isn't aged like the one that fell out.

I recommend that you stick with the more commonly used arm cuff for checking blood pressure. With inaccuracies from the wrist measurement, it is not worth the extra time for a re-do.

They listened to me and was very easy to talk to as well.

This was a really positive experience for me. I struggle with anxiety surrounding dental visits and this team took things slow and communicated very well with me and with each other so I knew what was going on at all times. I felt very supported.

Some of dental the work, as you know, is done by Dental Assistants. The work did not last more than a few hours, necessitating a return later this week. More oversight by the dentist was needed in this case. The dentist left without me realizing it. She didn't let me know if she would be back to check on the work. She was not. She was very pleasant and competent but didn't ensure the job was well completed. Another assistant gave advice when requested by the one doing my work.

I wish Megan Peter was my dentist!
