The hygienist and doctor were very nice, listened to my questions, were very thorough in explaining what they were seeing and what I should do going forward to keep things good. Plus just very funny and excellent people in general.

Thank you! I always really appreciate everyone at Willamette. I know my concerns will be listened to, the people very knowledgeable, and that everyone will be kind and courteous. I also really appreciate that when I have an urgent concern, that they are able to see me fairly quickly--lightening fast compared to whoever my friend sees. She has to wait months!

She refused to flus all my teeth and the doctor had to do it for me, she didn't offer num medicine and I had to ask for it!

The staff was exceptional! Very knowledgeable with a wonderful experience! Made a visit a great experience as nobody really wants to go to the dentist.

I always receive amazing service here. The staff are amazing. Super kind and helpful! My only gripe for this experience is that when attempting to schedule this appointment I was literally told "there are no appointments available". What do you mean no appointments available?? I could not even schedule 6mo out if I wanted. The only thing I could do was to get on a Wait List and wait to be called. I was called maybe a month later and given one option for a 7AM appointment. Scheduling this appointment was very strange. I had never been told "there are no appointments available at this time" along with not being given a solution to schedule further out in the year, it was very strange, and not convenient.

Love this place. Great dentist office :) I'm always satisfied with the work they do.

Everything was great and everything was good and I love the staff there

I have been very pleased with the staff from the ladies at the front desk to the dental hygienist and Dr Kriswandi is very nice and my wife and I are happy to have her as our Dentist.

Crystal is the best. I never before had laughed in the dentist's chair. She explains everything and then I repeat it back to her to make sure I have it right. She is a real professional

There was a mix-up with scheduling my appointment, but the staff quickly made it right and I was seen within 15 minutes! I appreciate very much their kindness and professionalism.

My hygienist was excellent. I don't think I've ever had such a thorough and gentle and excellent experience with a hygienist. And I liked Dr. Crystal very much. And she was great.

I've been going to the Willamette Dental office in Tigard for about a year now & I have had nothing but a great experience. The hygienist (Amanda) & Dr. K are so wonderful.

I recently had to change back to the Tigard office, which was my original home office. I had moved to the Beaverton office and had nothing but horrible, horrible experiences there. First, they canceled an appointment to have a tooth extracted, but did not tell me. So I waited for two months until I found out the day before when I called them to say I had not had a reminder, and they said, oh.
