I still had visible stains on front of my teeth despite me telling them to do a better job. The dental hygienist did a subpar job comapred to most Previous ones. I would not recommend her to my family.

Scheduling a time can be difficult--usually it's 6 weeks out or so. We'd also like you all to build a facility in Yamhill county please!

Dr Smith is absolutely amazing. I have really bad anxiety when coming to the dentist. But her calm demeanor put me at ease. I am so glad to have her as my dentist.

Great staff

This was probably the best dental experience I've had in my lifetime. I've had fillings in the past but recently only had cleanings and checkups. I was anxious about this visit as it was for a filling/chipped tooth repair. Dr. Smith and her team were professional and friendly, with a very calming demeanor. I had no pain throughout the entire procedure, even the shot didn't hurt. The entire treatment was excellent! I was anxious for nothing!

Hygienist, Atsuko at Tualatin office was excellent. Professional, efficient, friendly, thorough, and great communication. I can't believe she's been there for many years and my husband and I never had her as our hygienist. We are going to request for Atsuko moving forward.

Very convenient location for me in Durham

I was greeted when I arrived to put me at ease. Staff were pleasant and nice to speak with. calm, pleasant tone, not busy with other things on their mind, responded to my questions and felt confident they were conveying information fully and honestly; I've had medical staff not reveal information because they assumed I really didn't want to to know the details so would brush me off. Your office was thorough and not rushed

Dr. Smith and the assistant (I forgot their name) were super attentive to me during the procedure! The next day Dr. Smith called me to make sure I was do ok, but was prepared to squeeze me in if needed! I felt that was super kind!

My hygienist and dentist were extremely kind and helpful. As someone who does not like going to the dentist they were very kind and understanding and tried to relax me as best as they could. Glad that I get to have people who are nonjudgemental and kind to work on my teeth.

The hygienist did a thorough cleaning on my teeth. He was very gentle doing the cleaning job. The doctor answered my questions clearly. Receptionists were very polite. Overall, it was a good experience.

The main issue I have, which I voiced at the appointment, is that it is shocking to me the lack of communication between your office and the outside surgeon's office. There should have been communication and a follow up appointment scheduled at the time of surgery, one week later, to make sure the pallet / tooth area was healing correctly and well. My son developed an infection, which was only caught once he started having discharge from the area. I expect more from my dentist / orthodontic doctor's, and I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed.

They answered my questions, listened to my concerns and were quick and efficient.

I enjoyed my appointment at this clinic. Everyone treated me with respect and professionalism.

The dental hygienist was really spectacular. I had gum pain from something that happened over the weekend and she was really conscientious about it. She even numbed the area to be able to clean it. It really helped me because I was anxious beforehand. Great team at the Willamette Dental in Tualatin.

Eli the hygienist was wonderful. I live in Hillsboro but I travel to Tualatin for Dr. Smith because she is gentle, fast, and encouraging.

The dental hygienist

I thought it was strange that the doctor recommended a prescription toothpaste. Then, when I waited in the checkout line, the patient in front of me was also purchasing that prescription toothpaste. I felt like it was being pushed onto me for an extra $5 in margin. Which I totally understand in the current reimbursement environment, but it also erodes trust.

Doctor Smith is so wonderful. She made my child's tooth extraction easy and less scary. The dental hygienist, I don't remember his name, was also amazing. He was so friendly and put my child at ease. For getting a tooth pulled, this was not bad a bad experience at all. We love this office.

The hygienist was excellent, as was Dr Smith. In joy having her as my dentist!

Tualatin Willamette Dental is above and beyond!

Everyone was helpful and kind. I also liked how the receptionist didn't say, "That will be just $20." They have said that for years, and I have never liked that. There might be people who don't think $20 is a small amount.

When I went in for my appointment with Doctor Smith I was not listened to or believed about how much pain I was in. The doctor made it seem like all of my pain was from clenching and grinding my teeth when I am in the worst pain I have ever had. I was not listened to about my wisdom tooth pain and I felt like I was rushed out of the office and not given the time needed to fully assess my teeth. When I went back to my office because the pain continued to be excruciating, there were very few notes left on my chart from the appointment with Dr Ericka Smith that the new doctor could use to determine my options. This prolonged my time in pain and has made it more difficult to proceed with treatment. It is unacceptable that I was treated with such little respect and given such little treatment during this appointment. I would not recommend this doctor nor Willamette Dental as a whole because of the disregard that has been shown to me and my health.

I can't thank y'all enough for getting me in the same day that I called. I was experiencing some tremendous pain from a sudden toothache. I called at 7:30 am and had my tooth pulled by 1:00 pm. Ericka and her assistant did a wonderful job!!

It would be nice to have music playing or a fun up beat environment in the treatment room.

It first starts at the reception desk.Everybody is great with her smile. Then as you go in again.Everybody smiles and welcomes you and very gentle at least to me. And last but not least, the lady that helped me check out.What a great person and a great personality. And I can't wait to get my son signed up there. I told him he'd be very, very happy.

It was hard to get an appointment with the dental hygienist. And it was about a, she was out sick and then it was another month or a month and a half until I could get an appointment. So I think you need more dental hygienists. And that's it. And my dentist is excellent. Thank you.
