I'm very happy and satisfied with the excellent work of the doctor and her colleagues; they are super attentive and professional.

It took quite a long time (18 mos) to get a permanent crown put in place of the temporary.

All of the staff from front desk to the actual dentist, every person was kind, attentive and made my visit pleasant.

Dr Shen is hands down my favorite dentist. She's so kind and easy to work with. She makes going to the dentist less daunting. When I visit Dr. Shen. I know that I am in the best hands for Dental care.

The front staff is always pleasant when I check in. Always a smile and friendly

Well, Emmett was wonderful about getting me an appointment in quick fashion. Very helpful to my stress.!! then when I talked to the dentist, she was incredible! She listened so well and explained my situation and really made me feel special and I just loved every minute of her care!! also the person who took all my pictures and got me started was a great assistant also!!!

My experience was excellent from the minute I checked in to Xray, dental hygienist and the doctor was amazing. Staff worked together very well. They were all professionals and explained everything to me. My Dental Hygienist cleaned my teeth thoroughly and educated me how I can clean my teeth at home in order to prevent gum disease. I went dentist in the past and your Dentist clinic is one of the best. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you do.

This was a disappointing appointment. The dentist did not look at my chart before meeting me, is unaware of what fluorosis is and how it presents, provided a lot of misinformation and tried to argue everything I've been told by the other dentists in this clinic over the past few decades. Her communication was confusing. She countered her own points. I hope a new dentist is hired before I'm due for my next appointment.

While there was nothing dissatisfying with my visit, I have seen a different provider each check up every 6 months for two years at this location. I am switching dental service providers during this open enrollment period to another service provider so that I can have more consistency.

There's no way to improve because that dentist is a rock star and I will continue to go with her even though it's further away for me. I love Willamette Dental. I've been going for 30 years and she is definitely a rock star and the rest of the crew of the dental team were wonderful.

All the staff were professional, informative, friendly and fun, especially the dental hygienist (visiting you from the Seattle office). Great visit overall, from start to finish!

Dr. Shen was very nice however, she could have slowed down a bit in the conversations. I felt that she was anticipating my response to questions and could have listened a bit better. I did like her though and will see her again next year. Chris the hygienist was great! Funny, engaging and answered all of my questions. He also provided great info. Thank you both! ?

Dental work is a difficult experience for me. The staff were so helpful and kind, I really couldn't have asked for more. They offered a different appointment so I'd have more time, spoke to me about what I needed and offered options, and were so positive and supportive it was probably the best dental experience I've ever had.

Easy and professional

This was my first time at this clinic and my first dental appt in 4 years. I am autistic and disabled and have a service dog. The whole team was very kind and respectful and reminded me that I could take breaks if needed. My care was explained to me in a way that I understood. Thank you very much!

We waited 1 hour for a consult. The dentist spent 5 minutes looking at my son's tooth to confirm we needed to make another appointment for a filling. The dental hygienist was super friendly and tried her best to entertain my child.

I visited Willamette Dental clinic in Bellevue first time. Dr Shen's Service was outstanding as always, But I was not happy with Front desk and Dental Assistant customer service and knowledge. Compare Kent office I would say: 2 out of the 10. And Honestly I visited Bellevue office only because Dr. Shen moved from Kent office.

As the parent of a minor, the Dr never talked to me.

They are always warming to customers. I've been going to Everett location but now I going to believe location . They both are amazing people ! I love this group ?

I had just found out my brother died when I was checking in for my appt. I was a mess and the front desk person was very sweet. When I went back for my appt I was a bit out of it. I don't know if the dentist knew what had happened but she was so kind. I was there because I had cracked my night guard after 6 months due to work stress. The dentist talked to me about taking care of myself and gave me a hug. For such a small gesture it meant a lot to me. To all the people I encountered that day, thank you for your compassion.

I was completely satisfied with my Dental emergency treatment yesterday to get a broken filling fixed that was causing me pain and gum swelling when I chewed. The service provided at the Bellevue Dental Team for Willamette Dental was not only competent and professional, but also friendly and timely. THANK YOU! I can eat again! My husband and I both have chosen this dental office, even though we have other options, because they continue to be so wonderful!

It's I was dreading the day I had to get my teeth cleaned. I knew it had been a long time, but when I checked in, it had been two years and when they gave me the x-rays, my teeth that I had two cavities my back molars that need to be surgically removed so credit cards maybe was causing me health issues and I didn't even know it I'm so grateful

Dental hygienist was great! Talked about mouth wash staining my teeth and offered different product recommendations. Also removed the stains caused by the mouth wash. Loved my smile after my appointment!

Her team worked hard to get me in the same day to have my front tooth repaired after I broke it for the second time, so I wouldn't be walking around looking insane. The Dentist and Hygienist were exceptional. Upside of those two providers, I encountered 3 other employees and all of them were professional, polite and working hard. Dental assistant, dental, hygienist, and doctor were all very kind knowledgeable and helpful. Reception desk, while friendly, could use them or organization. They need more stuff. It's ridiculous to not be able to book an appointment until two months out.

The dentist was a little difficult to understand. She had great advice regarding my teeth sensitivity, but would have liked her recommendations written down or printed out. Not entirely sure that I entirely understood her complex directions on what to do about it at home. It may have been the mask.

I had a tooth pulled . She had a hard time she kept trying but ended up not getting the roots .Said she didn't have correct instrument. So she gave up and i have to come back snd go through the whole thing and healing process again once she gets in the instrument .
