I was in and out quickly with a repaired molar. Dr. Estella has a great touch with the syringe. She got me numb on the first try! Huge win. That hasn't happened in years.

Dr Estella is a very good dentist. Please hang on to her! She is good enough that if she ever leaves Willamette to join a different practice, I would follow her.

It took over six months for me to be able to get an appointment. I kept trying to schedule an appointment, but there was never any openings. They were finally able to get me in, but it had been over a year since my last appointment. When I went to schedule my next appointment after my consultation, I was told they didn't have any availabilities and that they would call me whenever an appointment opened up.

Hi, I would just like to comment on how that when I called in trying to get an appointment, I was told that there was no appointments available anytime soon. They were able to get me in in a couple days and the next day my temporary fix broke and I'm still waiting for a call back from Millametta Dental, from the Bellingham office and I don't understand how you can have a dental office when you don't have appointments available for people in this area. That's all I'd like to say. Thank you. Bye.

Where my primary, chiropractor, radiologist and oncologist could not figure issues I have--It was questions Dr. Estella asked that, prayerful, will solve the cause of teeth/jaw sensitivity and spasms.

I really like the new dentist I had - she had great suggestions for the mouthwash to help with my gum issues. The hygienist is awesome too.

My experience with Willamette has always been kind, caring and professional. I appreciate all their staff and how much they care about my comfort and well being. Highly recommend!

If you have an office that's closed and somebody is continually calling for eight hours during the day, it would be nice to let them know on the first phone call and not eight hours later.

The hygienist that travels was amazing! Very thoughtful and did a spectacular job at cleaning my teeth. I think her name was Tracy? Also first time meeting a new provider and she was very nice and heard me out, Dr. Estella

The dentists have been great but it's too difficult to reach someone in the local office. Just to return a call from the local office you have to wait on hold then work through a third party.

The Bellingham office crew really were wonderful & extremely patient/kind to me since I have so much anxiety going to the dentist to begin with.

Increasing availability of schedule times would better improve services. Dr. Estella is cool.

My experience in the Bellingham office was great. All the employees are professional and courteous. I don't like how far out it is to schedule appointments and I will continue to rate Willamette Dental low because of that.

My hygenist and Dr Estella were great. First time meeting with these staff and found them to be very easy to talk to. Dr. Estella and I came up with, what I believe, is a great plan for my oral health. Looking forward to having her as my ongoing Dentist.

Was not told super clearly the extent of my tooth health and the level of concern i should have about them, as in the degree of urgency they might require.

My hygienist is awesome, this is the second time she cleaned my teeth and does an amazing job.

I have been told I have two small cavities starting and the general area. I would like to see them though. Maybe someone could send me a diagram of which two teeth have them? I've not had a cavity in a long time prior to last year. There are gaps in my teeth. Can we get those fixed so this doesn't continue to happen?

The hygienist made me comfortable and did her job without any discomfort to me.

All of the people that I interact with at Willamette Dental office in Bellingham: administrative assistant that checks us in, the hygenists, the dentist, are great. Very professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgable. I would not recommend Willamette due to the fact that it is really hard to schedule appointments and we have to book far out in advance. If scheduling were easier, I would recommend Willamette.

As always, the staff is friendly and very professional - from the front desk, technicians, hygienists and the dentists. They provide excellent care.

I asked for an emergency appointment. After a short hold, staff asked me to come right in. When I arrived, I was almost immediately taken in. The excellent dental assistant took x-rays and then got me into a treatment room. The excellent doctor then examined me and ordered a referal to the endodontist. At checkout the great staff made arrangements for the referal process and for medication. I received excellent treatment by every one of the treatment team and am grateful to the reception staff, and everyone . Thank you

Both visits with completely different people each visit the hygenist and dentist have given conflicting info about children's use of fluoride in toothpaste and whether it's good or bad to swallow some. Thought you should know.

All the staff from the front office to the assistants and dentists are kind, caring, gentle and made sure I was comfortable and told me every step what rhey were doing and what to expect.

Dr. Estella was wonderful. She listened to my husband and he was very happy with the experience. He had numerous extractions done and today, the day after, he has almost no pain at all. As he puts it, "pretty much no pain compared to before the extractions." So very happy with our dental team. They are all so very caring, from the front office to the back office. All wonderful. This is the Bellingham office.

Please try and retain doctors.

I was put on a waiting list for an appointment for a long time.

It was by far the best dental care I have ever received.

Dr. Estella was very gentle and her denal assistant ,although in training was very attentive and all were professional.

The wonderful staff at the bellingham location were able to get me in the very next day after I called with tooth pain and a missing filling. Stacy, Dr. Estella, and the assisting hygienist (so sorry that I've forgotten her name) were so kind and patient with me. After telling them I'd had a previous painful and frustrating dental experience, they took extra steps to help me feel calm and eased my anxiety. I felt taken care of, and I am excited to make this office and team my regular dental provider going forward.

Wait times for appointments seems to have gotten better now that Dr. Estella is on board. Thank you

Amber, hygienist, was amazing! She has excellent bedside manner, she was patient, and thorough. She went above and beyond during my visit, and answered all of my questions. Time spent with the dentist, was too brief for me to ask questions. They were in and out. Barely spoke to me.

The dental hygienic did a great job! She was very thorough and very pleasant.

Tumwater office is such a great place to go for my dental needs. They were so professional and seem to get along. I had been going to the lacey office and I did not have a good experience . This office is pretty far from home but the experience was better.

I had a great visit, everyone did an excellent job and I am very glad I switched to this office.

Dr. Estella, I liked her confidence but needs to loosen up and relax when talking to patient. She had so much gear on her head I couldn't see her face, it would be nice to see the Dentist face to face. The dental hygienist was a sweetheart and was very caring, comfortable to talk to.

This appointment went great. No issues with the work done, at this time. The provider was amazing, courteous, very clear on the procedure and quick. My daughter was fully numbed, felt nothing of the procedure and has had no ill after affects.

I was very impressed with how my visit went. Instead of saying that they would have to make a new bridge and charge me, they just used the bridge that fell off and popped it back in place. That meant a lot to me and showed me the honesty of the office.
