The employee are very professional and understand all my family visted Willamette Dental since 2025 it has been great working with them. I am blown away by the professionalism and patience of the staff. I had to make an emergent appointment and was unable to make childcare arrangements for my infant. Staff were more than accommodating and made it so I did not have to choose between my child and my health.

Dr seemed rushed and not wanting to spend time to treat me. I understand wisdom teeth problems are very common but I think I seemed pretty concerned. The hygienist was very nice but I drove 40 mins each way to be seen for 5 minutes by the dentist

The hygienist was great! She actually spoke to my child with CLEAR directives and corrected him when he didn't follow them. She was firm and kind.

I scheduled this appointment letting the receptionist know my child had a cavity that needed to be addressed. I took off work, pulled my kid out of school only to see the dentist for 2 minutes, have the hygienists paint some fluoride on the tooth and get told to make an appointment to come back because they scheduled it as a check up and didn't have time to take care of it that day. The appointment isn't for a month and a half, when I already had to go wait a month for this appointment because the dentist was on vacation. Meanwhile I have to just sit and watch my child's tooth rot waiting for something to be done that should have been done when I came in.

I have had a good experience at the Kent office. The doctor and all his staff have been great.

The kent office staff are amazing!

I was treated by a team that worked very well together, very respectful of each other's roles and expertise. I felt they all worked towards one goal and that was to insure good dental progress into future that stressed good dental hygiene.

This is the only dentist I've actually looked forward to seeing instead of dreading

The nurse was so friendly. Always checking in on me to make sure I was doing ok and update me on when the Dentist would arrive even though I sat in the chair at most 5/6 mins. The dentist was also friendly very informative and walked me through every step he was doing. I've been to 5+dentists in my life for one reason or another and I've received the best treatment at willamette not only that the prices are very affordable. As a single mom I was so worried I could not afford the care I needed but here I was able to do next time I know when I need dental care I'm going to this clinic

My visit was OK. I was overwhelmed with information. I didn't understand a lot of what I was being told.

They didn't have any time for the next two months for me to make an appointment to get a new crown. Very frustrating

Really appreciated the warm welcome and care from Salvadore, and Dr. Sadana was his usual professional, competent, engaged self. We have appreciated many years of care from him, and the entire Willamette team at Kent - you seem to hire very well.

Dr. Sadana was kind, clever, experienced, and a dentist with very good bedside manner. All support staff I interacted with were all lovely, kind, and professional as well. It was probably the best dental experience I have ever had, coming from someone who has seen many different providers over the years for many dental issues. I wish I could remember the names of the other staff that helped me/did the cleaning. I cant rave enough about the staff at this location.

Overall it was painless

The appointments are so far out, and I can never get scheduled in a timely manner. I had to wait 3 months just to get my 2nd impression made for my partial. It is so frustrating not to be able to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame!!!! If you only have very few offices to serve people, then you should not take more patients than you have providers to serve it is unfair to the patients to wait months and months to get an appointment. This is an ongoing issue with the Kent clinic and have been told even by the staff. It needs to be fixed!!!

The General dental guy walked in looked @ my teeth. Check out my mouth & bottom teeth & Clean some of the plaque off my bottom teeth & talked to the his assistant & said everything looks ok & the dental assistant never looked @ my teeth correctly nor did they clean any of my teeth down. I've never had this happen before. They have always sat me down & clean my teeth correctly & floss my teeth & have gone over any issues they have seen. None of this never happened. The assistant just put a mouth protector around my teeth & was done. I was disappointed in the service for the first time. Hopefully this won't happen again. They treated me like a check up visit for little kid. NOT happy @ w/ this.

I was rather disappointed with the visit appointment as I did not receive any follow-up information. Additionally, I encountered difficulty in scheduling my next appointment. It appears that the front desk staff may not be fully satisfied with their roles.

My specific dentist was amazing. Calmed me down and helped me feel confident and better about everything.

Nothing much only that I wish it was open for at least half a day on Saturday. However, I get the importance of taking time off to spend with their families. So in other words. I am extremely satisfied and would not change a thing. Definitely would recommend.

All members of the team are great. The only issue I have is how far apart my appointments are to get a filing.
