The dental hygienist was amazing and very knowledgeable. And I have to say was a great experience. Not many people can say that about going to the dentist. I was also very impressed by the dentist. She was very easy to talk to and give me a full explanation of what was planned. I have always loved coming here. And they have always treated me good.

Dr. Chu is so great, so friendly and efficient.

The girl who worked on my teeth, hygienist was great. She wants to see me about three months to clean my teeth again. I said yes, I'll be there with a smile.

I love my hygienist! She is so awesome at what she does, and so understanding of people. She is a wonderful communicator and makes these visits so positive. Dr Chu is the same, I feel like they are looking out for my best interest and I would (and have) recommend them to anyone!

My hygienist was wonderful. She did a great job cleaning my teeth, of course, but she also did a great job making me feel cared for as a patient. Dr. Chu was great during our brief interaction. The staff at the front desk were also incredibly helpful, despite how many people they were trying to help all at once.

Dr. Chu is excellent

I have had the same complaint since March and have followed all dental instructions but the problem was never truly diagnosed. The resulting root canal and crown prep, done over several months, never cured the gum sensitivity and rather that having the finished crown seated, I am having the tooth pulled.

Dr. Chu is a very caring dentist and does everything she can to help with my needs. My Hygienest was very good at helping to keep me informed on what I need to do to keep my teeth brushed and flossed.

Everyone was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated everyone's positive attitude and excellent care! Thank you!

I don't like scheduling methods. I've always been able to schedule my next visit during my current visit. That said, I appreciate Dr. Chu. Most importantly, though, I should say that my hygienist is a class act. She is the reason I come back and might ever recommend their office to someone.

Care and professionalism during appointment both great but my appointment was delayed by months due to capacity issues (to the best of my knowledge) which is frustrating.

I'm very sincere about going to Willamette. Best Dental I have ever had. Will always be my dentist go to.

Dr. Chu is amazing as well as the dental assistants and all of the office staff. I always feel so comfortable going there and this is coming from someone who is afraid of the dentist! Keep up the great work :)

I have been in twice so far, and have been impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the attention to time! Both appointments have gone quickly with minimal waiting time or time between the hygienist and the doctor and I really enjoyed all of the staff I have spoken to!

Our hygienist was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Chu has always cared for my family with attentiveness, as well.

I got an overwhelming number of text, email, and call reminders leading up to this appointment, even after I submitted paperwork and confirmed.

I think it would be helpful if scheduling was not 3 months out - I understand short staffing, but I find it really hard to stick to an appointment so far out

Although the experience was fine, the way the appointment is made and the snafu that we experienced was less than ideal. I would prefer to make appointments direct with my office not going through a call center. When I made my appointment this time it was promptly cancelled without proper notification or my approval, so an error was made at some point somewhere. Luckily when we showed up for the appointment we were able to get in saving all negative thoughts and outcomes. Hope this is remedied in the future.

My hygienist was bar far the best hygienist I've ever had. Her cheerful and open demeanor made my visit actually enjoyable and my teeth never felt so clean! She is a personal and professional gem.

Great experience

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They make sure your comfortable and happy with y I ur treatment.

I checked in on time, there was a short wait until I was taken back for xrays. The machine didn't work the first 2 tries. I was seated and the dentist looked at my missing filling, discussed options then followed my choice. I appreciate her advice and her honoring my choices. I was out in a half hour.

I have always had a great experience with Dr. Chu, Toree in the front office, and all hygienists. My family has as well. We have been going to this office for over ten years and have been seeing Dr. Chu as long as she has been in office there. It has always been very welcoming. Everyone is great with my kids as they've grown. They remember me and my boys. I feel important, special, not just another mouth to clean. I really do enjoy coming here.

Terrific experience. I really appreciated getting called when a last minute opening was available. The hygienist did an amazing job getting the plaque off my teeth. I appreciated the gentle yet thorough care. She was also so kind & friendly. Please keep her around. She's a great hire.

I only spoke with the hygienists but they are both fantastic and both work so well with my boys, have for years. We have been seeing these two hygienists since we moved to town 10 years ago. They are great with my kids, they always tell me how things are going. They remember my boys. They've seen them grow from toddlers to teens.

I really appreciate the team there. I can't recall the name of the dental assistant, but she's great, and we love Dr Chu.

I was a bit frustrated because my initial appointment with Willamette was rescheduled twice, so I waited months to be seen. However, the providers at the appointment were very friendly and professional.

I appreciate the level of professional care all staff members provide.

Very respectful and gave lots of information for after care. They told me about their on call number if I had any questions. The appointment was very quick, they said it'd be 90 minutes but were done in 45 minutes.

Both my dentist and hygienist were fabulous. Super professional and kind. They listened to my concerns and provided care instructions and next steps. I look forward to seeing them in the future and recommendating their services.

Dr. Chu as usual did an great job on my very difficult extraction, I was impressed how she was able to handle the work load of the day and she always shown great concern for my wellbeing during my appointment. She's a class act in my opinion. The rest of the staff are excellent as well.

I do think it's odd that appointments can only be scheduled 56 days in advance. Scheduling could be more streamlined I think (ie. Schedule next year's visit while at appointment so it isn't forgotten)

The dental tech was amazing, explained everything as it happened and after. The dentist is a riot, great sense of humor and did an amazing job. I knew I needed a tooth extraction done, litterly 1 hour later and there is still no pain. I stated I would rather do another combat tour then visit the dentist when I arrived. I take that back. This dental visit was better then many fire fights i was in... Thank you ladies for your professionalism and even working one Friday a month!

I'm always greeted by the front staff right away. Everybody is friendly, pleasant, informative, and listens. I enjoy going there.
