Very courteous staff. Hygentist talked to me as she worked and provided helpful feedback. I felt like I received a thorough cleaning. Dentist was also courteous. She made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns. I left the office feeling upbeat and happy with the comments I recieved.

It's unusual that two people have a personal dialogue above your face at the same time about everything they want, and it seems that they will miss something, it's not normal...not comfortable!

The hygienist was especially nice and did a good job. Going to the dentist is not fun, but it was a good experience, better than normal.

Just wish I could get soo er appointments for treatment of cavities.

Takes a long time to get an appointment even if you have teeth rotting out so a small cavity turns into a huge cavity by the time your seen.

Nothing else really, they did a great job!

My concerns were listened to - considerate and thoughtful responses were given to all of my questions. Everyone was kind and reassuring. A lot of care was taken to make sure I was comfortable and fully numb before work began. The work was quick and I was made fully aware of what stage of the procedure we were at often.

I felt the dentist did amazingly well. I had tipped off the bottom of my front tooth, my top tooth, and she peeled it and made it look just like the other one and matched the color and did a really great job. And she was super sweet and everybody helped. And I got in right away, so I was very, very happy.

For this last appointment, I thought I was coming in to finally get my permanent crown. This was the third appointment that I had come in for, and I had two appointments on this day. I was very anxious for this appointment and the hygienist for the dental assistant listen to me talk about my anxieties for the day and also about some pain that I was having on the other side of my mouth on a receiving gun line. But when I left, I had been so anxious I didn't go back and talked about that and I would've liked that they put the coding that they put on it to make it not so sensitive, but they didn't do that and I didn't remember to Ask about it. I was just ready to go. So a little unhappy later that day when I realize that nothing was done with that but overall, I usually have a good experience with all the dentist and hygienist that I come in and deal with. I've been with Willamette for I believe eight years. I think I took off two years and went someplace else and I didn't like it so I came right back

Minimal pain ...removal of the tooth was done and I didn't have a clue that she did it already ...so that was nice news!

This visit could not have been better, the front desk woman, the hygienist and dental assistant and the Doctor were all great. My daughter was treated gently and the extractions were a breeze. Thank you very much. Dr. Nguyen is amazing and I'm happy to have her as our dentist

The hygienist was extremely rough with my teeth and it seemed she was in a race to clean my teeth in record time. I will not go to that hygienist again. The Dr was exceptional and gentle during the exam.

The doctor and dental hygienist were fantastic. My experience was to notch. Thank you! Appointments could be better. This office is hard to get a hold of. But their staff is the best.

There scheduling was out near two months. However, they were able to get me in because of a cancellation immediately! Very friendly staff. Would absolutely recommend.

From scheduling the appointment to the office, staff there at the dental office to the staff in the back and the dentist I have always had a pleasant caring experience, light conversation, clear understanding of what the dentist is going to do felt very comfortable and given good options for doing better with my teeth. I enjoy coming there.

I don't like about how to make appointment. To my last provider, they always set up the next appointment after doing the dental hygiene but Willamette doesn't do that , when I want to make the next appointment, they said it was full and I have to wait . We got the dental hygiene very late till the upcoming year . I don't like the service at all

The dental assistant was horrible. Does this office hire people just out of school with no experience? They don't have any bedside manner, don't realize when the patient needs a break or is in pain and can't properly time their breaks for the patient.

I tell everyone if they dont have Willamette dental they need to switch. Its the best dental experience I've ever had.
