The last three appointments, we have had to wait over a half an hour after the hygienist is done, making our appointment a total of almost two hours, and we sat in a freezing cold room for 30 minutes waiting for the dentist to come in. This is now the third time that that's happened. It's very uncomfortable and not respectful of our time.

It seems like the dental hygienist was pretty rough on me. My teeth hurt the whole rest of the day. Never had that experience before.

I have gone to Willamette dental for many years. I am very pleased with the care I receive.

You charge us for fluoride varnish but didn't give us any

Doctor Routan was wonderful. His explanations were clear and his manner and professionalism were outstanding. And the hygienist.Dya (I think I spelled, her name, right) was very thorough, and very gentle and extremely knowledgeable. All the way through including my interaction with the front desk and the exit desk was all very professional, efficient, and customer friendly.

Everyone at Willamette was very welcoming.

They worked with my needs and requests. Dr explained how the finished product (the upper denture would work and what the expect after it's in place).

I had two young kids with back to back appointments. I ended up having to wait 30 minutes in between appointments. In the future it would be very helpful if they could have their appointments at the same time, or back to back

I really like all of the staff I have dealt with. I sure wish it was easier to schedule appointments! By the time we get the text that we can now schedule, the office is usually 2-3 months out. Both of our annual checkups were more than a month past due because that was the earliest we could get in.

Your dental form had some interesting questions about gender and pronouns that quite frankly have nothing to do with getting my dental service. I found it quite disturbing.

Would like to be able to schedule my husband and I within 15 min of each other and not separated by 1 hr. It makes for a long day when I'm there for 2 hrs. And watching everyone going into there appt while I sit for an hour.

Everyone, the receptionists, the hygienist, and the dentist were very kind, professional, friendly, explained everything I needed to know clearly. They took their time to make sure I was taken care of.

Do not like being able to call the local office. I sometimes get caught in traffic leaving work on my way to an appt and would like to call the office to let them know... in those cases i dislike calling a central number a working through the prompts while driving.

This was the first time we'd seen this dentist. He was very professional and did a great job.

Dr. Rhoten and the hygienist were all amazing! Both of my kids had a great experience and left feeling great about the appointments. He was very informative and friendly and I really appreciate how kind he was to my kids.

Was a walk in and they saw me with in 5 minutes so that was nice had a crown fall of and they took care of it really fast was out in 40 minutes all together

I came in there thinking this appointment was for a tooth extraction. I had a horrible tooth ache a couple weeks prior. And there was a miscommunication with the office.This appointment was actually for a filling. I was not aware and the Dr listened to me took extra time to look at my issue. When we both know...he really did not have the time. I appreciate him to the fullest. If he goes back to Richland. I might have to travel there. Thank you!

Dr. Rhoten is a excelent dentist. Im super high anxiety when it comes to detistry, he calmed my nerves and got me through the procedure. He is also quite the artist, he rebuilt my front teeth and its like they were never damaged. 10 out of 10 would recommend willamette and dr. Rhoten specifically. Thankyou willamette dental

It takes too long to get a appointment now days. But I guess that is because they are short on dentists.

Very quick, professional, and affordable is why I choose Willamette Dental. I cannot find that combination of dental care anywhere else.
