My first visit was thorough, professional and kind. I was made aware of some conditions in my mouth that had never been disclosed before, of which I've very thankful. I'm completely confident in the level of care I'm going to receive with Willamette going forward. I'm so glad to have made the change to Willamette Dental.

Our only 2 issue's are 1-Any time you call Willamette Dental the phone wait time is crazy.We have been on hold for more then 30 minutes, 47 minutes, even with the call back option. And 2- getting appointments in a timely manner.Getting dentures is normally a fairly quick process. It took me 7 months to get the apt and after my teeth where pulled, having to wait almost 4 months for teeth seems crazy. The office and Dr's are great I just wish we didn't have to wait on hold for hours to make appointments then wait months to be seen.

Yes, I always love going to Willamette as much as you can love going to the dentist. Everyone is always really, really nice. They're very gentle with your teeth. They listen to your needs and your concerns. And I'm very glad that I get to go there. Thank you.

I think that all the people at Wellamett were very good from the front desk, the dentist assistants, and the dentists were all friendly and very competent. Thank you.

My appointment was cancelled 3 times and two of those times were the morning of so no 24 hour notice. I better never get charged if I have to cancel because of sickness the morning of an appointment. Fair is fair

The dental providers at Willamette have been excellent over the years, but the wait time is getting way too long lately. It took me almost three months to fill a cavity last year.

This was best experience I have had compared to the last 3 or 4 visits.

Definitely think Portland Oregon needs to be your lab. They do a way better job at partials and dentures!!! Dr Evan White is definitely the best dentist I've ever had the pleasure of working with!!!

Very professional and friendly staff.

Dr White was excellent. He looked at my file and my experience with the valley office and made a new diagnosis. He took care of my cracked tooth the same day and it was a very good experience. I'm in much better condition and very thankful I went into the north side office.

Very kind and caring. Im always nervous about going to the dentist, but moments after sitting in the chair the have me calmed down and reassured. They treat like a person , not just the next patient. Thank you Willamette!

I am going to have heart surgery soon and needed an appt to be seen by Dr White...they got me in within two days ...examined me...gave me the ok for surgery and I am very pleased with the whole office and their professionalism! Thank you Willamette Dental!

Good service by all keep up the good work

The level of profesionalism in the office is outstanding. From someone who is scared of dental work they went out of thier way to reassure me and make me comfortable and safe.

My first appointment was over a month away when i scheduled it. I was put on the cancellation list and called the very next day. Kudos to the team there. My work is out of town mostly and most of the time I'm only home for a week or two. Tough to schedule when everything is over a month out.

My visit was excellent and very professional. I felt relaxed and comfortable during the procedures.

The Northpoint dental staff was very kind to me. I am a white knuckle dental patient. It was great.

Willamette contacted me and said that they did not have a dental hygienist on the day I had scheduled 3 months prior and said that they needed to reschedule me. I was fine with that but then I had to wait an additional 2 months and I didn't think that was right considering that Willamette was the one rescheduling and not me... Other than that, it was fine...

I hadn't been to the dentist for a long time. They did a thorough job and explained, I. Detail each step of the way. Staff is very nice! ?

Dr. White: very professional, Excellent communicator, highly skilled dentist.

I called and got an appointment the very next day. It was determined that my molar that was infected needed extracted and they were able to take care of it right away. Now my pain is gone, thank you so much!

Waited some time for the dentist, he limited communication and didn't even remove his mask or sit down. Waiting time for appointments is too long.

Great dental appointment!

I waited in the dental chair for over an hour. Spent 10 min with dentist. Told xray gal I had sensitivity in too too. She was going to let dentist know and we forgot so upper tooth never addressed.

Love the service you provide, the only thing is waiting 2 or 3 months to get in unless it's an emergency.

Dr. listened to everything that I had to say he gave him a comprehensive plan. The dental hygienist did a great job cleaning and applying. The fluoride is very friendly. Definitely will come back again.

We forgot to glue my lower mouth guard. No worries We can hopefully do it on my next visit. Also not sure if next visit includes lower middle tooth chip repair?

I really appreciate the staff using the boogie board (tablet) when I did not understand what Dr. White explained to me. It means a lot to me to have that board handy at my appointments.

It took a little longer for the crown appointment to get back in after the first crown fitting did not work.

I like the dentist and all the people working at Willamette but I don't like how long you have to wait for appointments.

Horrible wait times!!! Both in the phones and getting urgent care. 5 weeks for a root canal/repair while in pain. 2 weeks for a crown repair. That may be your standard but it's not typical of people with a single provider environment. Your people used great but you are hiring more and more people who simply punch the clock (as does admin). No real care!!

It took 4 hours to get a temporary crown and months to get that appointment. Ridiculous!

I can't remember his name but the Dentist whom worked on me was the best Dentist I have ever had. He was patient and gentle with me. I would liked to have had him as my Dentist my whole life. I appreciate him and his assistant that day for caring enough about me to not hurt me or break my jaw as was previously done by another company. You guys rock in my book. I can't thank you enough

The only concern I have is making an appointments for urgent care such as crown failed out. Have to wait for several days to get to my appointment to see the dentist

It took me a month to get an appointment for a broken tooth. I even asked to be placed on a waitlist. I had a 7:30am appointment, presumably the first appointment of the day. I was taken back promptly on arrival and given x-rays. After that, I waited 15-20 minutes for the dentist. The assistant apologized, saying that he had other duties in addition to working on patients. After Novocaine was administered, the dentist left while it took affect. The wait was much longer than needed, in my opinion. The assistant was again apologizing for the delay, reiterating that he had other duties to tend to, even though I hadn't complained or mentioned the wait. Maybe I'm getting soft in my old age, but the Novocaine injections were very painful, more so than I ever remember in the past. The tooth I was having repaired was not causing any pain that could have contributed to this. As for the actual repair, it seems to have gone well. My tooth is back to normal. They fixed it quickly and efficiently once they got started. The assistant was friendly, but the doctor was all business, which is fine. He did well on the important part.

As always it was a good experience, and that's a lot coming from me, as I'd just as soon have a baby as go to dentist. I really like Dr. White. He is thorough, explains everything, and answers all questions. I don't get as apprehensive when he's "at the helm". All staff is helpful and friendly.

Dental appointment was about as easy and painless as one could hope.

The Northpointe office is my favorite office! I'm heard, explained to and just feel like they care. Dr White is a great dentist and one of the best I've had. His DA, Jasmine I believe, is so sweet and funny. Their jokes and friendly banter make me so comfortable.

I love the Northpoint office in Spokane, the whole team and front receptionist are a true gem for me and my family. Taking 3 girls to the dentist isn't always ideal but they really help make it as less stressful as possible with helping out. ??

It was my first appointment and felt very comfortable with the providers and looking forward to establishing them as my primary provider

I had all my top teeth pulled and dentures put in. Whoever numbed me up, was a godsend. She saved the roof of my mouth for last so it was partially numb to start. Because she did that, I felt no pain with the numbing. For the first time in my 40 years of existing... it didn't hurt. The only thing I could suggest to improve would be more education on what would be considered a normal amount of bleed/what to expect when dentures are put in.

Too many patients waiting in dental chairs with only one Dentist. Overbooking appointments causing the patients to wait too long

They listened to me when I said that I needed more time for my teeth to get numb! They answered all my questions and were professional and kind!?

The only problem I ever have is getting to talk to someone for an appointment. The phone rings forever and I give up most the time. The service and location staff are phenomenal.

The service is great and much appreciated. I would have to admit that the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth is so beautiful. She is like a super model out of a magazine. I will definitely be coming back in hopes I get her at my next appt.

The dental hygienist was good, but didn't talk. Didn't ask me extra questions didn't interact at all. My husband was there at the same time with a different hygienist and they were laughing and having fun and he learned a lot more information about everything than I did. The dentist was OK, but said he was gonna provide some sort of product at the end and then nothing was offered. Overall, I felt like I got short changed from the experience my husband had.
