The only concern I have is making an appointments for urgent care such as crown failed out. Have to wait for several days to get to my appointment to see the dentist

It took me a month to get an appointment for a broken tooth. I even asked to be placed on a waitlist. I had a 7:30am appointment, presumably the first appointment of the day. I was taken back promptly on arrival and given x-rays. After that, I waited 15-20 minutes for the dentist. The assistant apologized, saying that he had other duties in addition to working on patients. After Novocaine was administered, the dentist left while it took affect. The wait was much longer than needed, in my opinion. The assistant was again apologizing for the delay, reiterating that he had other duties to tend to, even though I hadn't complained or mentioned the wait. Maybe I'm getting soft in my old age, but the Novocaine injections were very painful, more so than I ever remember in the past. The tooth I was having repaired was not causing any pain that could have contributed to this. As for the actual repair, it seems to have gone well. My tooth is back to normal. They fixed it quickly and efficiently once they got started. The assistant was friendly, but the doctor was all business, which is fine. He did well on the important part.

My dental assistant was great

As always it was a good experience, and that's a lot coming from me, as I'd just as soon have a baby as go to dentist. I really like Dr. White. He is thorough, explains everything, and answers all questions. I don't get as apprehensive when he's "at the helm". All staff is helpful and friendly.

Wait times are too long

Dental appointment was about as easy and painless as one could hope.

The Northpointe office is my favorite office! I'm heard, explained to and just feel like they care. Dr White is a great dentist and one of the best I've had. His DA, Jasmine I believe, is so sweet and funny. Their jokes and friendly banter make me so comfortable.

I love the Northpoint office in Spokane, the whole team and front receptionist are a true gem for me and my family. Taking 3 girls to the dentist isn't always ideal but they really help make it as less stressful as possible with helping out. ??

It was my first appointment and felt very comfortable with the providers and looking forward to establishing them as my primary provider

I had all my top teeth pulled and dentures put in. Whoever numbed me up, was a godsend. She saved the roof of my mouth for last so it was partially numb to start. Because she did that, I felt no pain with the numbing. For the first time in my 40 years of existing... it didn't hurt. The only thing I could suggest to improve would be more education on what would be considered a normal amount of bleed/what to expect when dentures are put in.

Too many patients waiting in dental chairs with only one Dentist. Overbooking appointments causing the patients to wait too long

They listened to me when I said that I needed more time for my teeth to get numb! They answered all my questions and were professional and kind!?

The only problem I ever have is getting to talk to someone for an appointment. The phone rings forever and I give up most the time. The service and location staff are phenomenal.

The dental hygienist was good, but didn't talk. Didn't ask me extra questions didn't interact at all. My husband was there at the same time with a different hygienist and they were laughing and having fun and he learned a lot more information about everything than I did. The dentist was OK, but said he was gonna provide some sort of product at the end and then nothing was offered. Overall, I felt like I got short changed from the experience my husband had.

The hygienist was AMAZING!

I had a 1:00 appointment and was called from the lobby at my appointment time. Once I was in the chair an assistant said hi and your here for a permanent crown. Dr would be here soon. I didn't see him until 2:10. That's not acceptable!!

I don't like that the office can't/wont schedule any appointments. Makes it very inconvenient for the patient.

Great first visit

The Spokane north office was very dirty. The entrance to the office smelled of mold and mildew - very heavy. I didn't want to breathe in there. The floor was a dark brown color in some areas. The lobby chairs had never been cleaned. There were dried up bugs in the seams of the chairs.

I chipped my tooth and they treated me within 2hrs of calling. They did not tell me on the phone that I could wait as long as "all day" to be seen. They did not ask what my expectations are with the chip repair. My tooth is no longer chipped, but is now shorter than the one next to it. Which was the opposite of what I wanted. But they did get me in quick and the repair looks good

Too difficult to schedule timely care.

Dr. White was knowledgeable and shared with me how I can help get healthier and brush more effectively. Also offered suggestions and education on different toothpastes i could use

Overall had a great experience. We had a scheduling conflict with our first appts as we got sick and they were helpgul eith rescheduling. They took care for the fact that I was a single parent for the day and was also getting seen. They went over everything about the kids with me and asked permissions for everything before hand. I was having an issue with a tooth and then went through the issue and what could be done today, things I could do differently and what can be done in the future. Overall a great experience.

I have been with Willamette Dental for probably over 40 years and loved every second of it. With them only having one dentist, I'm not really too happy right now, but I hope they hire another dentist real soon.

The girls up front in the office went over and above the norm to help me get into a wait list appt and then again to get a follow up appt that works for my complicated schedule.

I just loved my experience with Evan White. He was very kind, caring and patient. He was very thorough and made sure everything fit right with my new dentures. I had several teeth pulled and I had no pain during or after the procedure. I am so thankful that I found him to do my dental work

I got to appointment early and when checking in found out that the hygienist appointment was canceled due calling in sick and that they would move my 2nd appointment to earlier. Still waited about 30 minutes. If I had canceled without giving 24hour notice I would have been charged $50. I have to drive a out an hour to get to the dentist. I would have been really upset if that was the only appointment I had.

They really listened to me and cared.

It was a very different experience than in the past. The hygienist was terse and unfriendly and rough. My last visit was actually enjoyable and this one was definitely unpleasant.

Gentle Friendly Great group of people

I made an appointment had to take time off of work so I could get there on time and I was unable to be seen because I waited 40 minutes and never did see the dentist. I had to make it to another appointment. You want us there on time your dentist should be able to see us on time

It's frustrating to make appointments because you can't call the office directly. The wait time to speak to someone to make an appointment was long. Overall I love coming here, the environment is welcoming and the staff a very kind.

He figured out what was wrong with my mouth and tongue. He gave me some medicine for it and tell me what it is. My doctors could not figure it out they told me to go see the dentist and that's what I did
