I am really impressed with the service, friendliness and care shown by everyone involved at my recent visits.

My child did so well getting her fillings done. She was anxious, but birth dental assistant and doctor were great with my 6 year old with her first fillings. They directed her well to make sure she was less anxious and knew what to expect with shots, numbing, and drilling. She wasn't afraid to go back for the next one.

The staff were wonderful and did a great job listening to me and answering my questions. I would appreciate being able to get appointments sooner.

She listened very patiently to our concerns and offered new treatments to help improve oral health. Specifically, she offered fluoride treatment at home to help reduce cavities. We didn't know that was an option before and we look forward to working with her more. We hope to preserve as many teeth as possible. The patient (my wife) has a lot of dental issues but is committed to doing what she can for her health, including any at-home treatments.

The doctor and assistant were so accommodating, kind and thorough. I had lost my crown and called Willamette Dental. They got me in the next day and fixed my tooth. I am so pleased with the whole experience. Thank you for being awesome ?

Hi, I was very upset with the dentist because my husband went in, he had 11 teeth pulled by the last dentist and hemorrhaged. And then this time when we went in, because he has one cavity that is kind of hurting him, she wanted to pull the rest of his bottom teeth and give him dentures. I think that is horrible. I am a nurse and I would not let that happen. He already hemorrhaged when he had his other teeth pulled and she took offense that I didn't want my husband's teeth pulled and there's only you know, a tooth that is causing him a little bit of cold sensitivity, there's no reason to have all of his bottom teeth pulled out. This is really odd to me. I worked at the VA, and when they did heart surgery, they pulled everybody's teeth, and I think that's horrible, because they get dentures, they don't fit, they don't go in, they don't stay in, they can't chew food, they lose them, they never get new ones. It's lots of problems. And I was very put off by this

Dr. Pelton and Cara make such a great team! I felt completely at ease during my extraction appointment. Dr. Pelton took the time to carefully explain my treatment and made sure everything was done with patience and kindness.shes an amazing Doctor! Cara, the amazing DA, ensured I was comfortable the entire time. It's her attention to details that's remarkable. Their bedside manner is truly the best. The whole Hazel Dell team works so well together! I absolutely love this office!

Yes, I'm missing my front tooth and I was wondering why they didn't issue me a flipper and my appointment isn't until October the 6th. I have to wait all that time before I get anything.

I'm not really sure why I had to go in. They looked at my teeth for about a minute. Slopped some fluoride on my teeth in about thirty seconds then escorted me to the receptionist. The last time I was in they said we'll see you next year, i was surprised that they told me I had to come in?

Dr. Pelton and Cori provided a great experience for my dental procedure. The appointment was smooth, efficient, and very easy. The doctor and her staff did an excellent job for the filling I got on my front tooth.

I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the practice. The only reason I wasn't provided a timely appointment was because coordination is needed with another provider.

Anna and Dr. Pelton were great as someone with high anxiety with dental appointments they put me at ease and were super caring. I also appreciate that Dr. Pelton is able and willing to do a procedure in office I was referred to an oral surgeon for in the past. I would highly recommend this team.

I am Deaf and staff there were helpful without an interpreter provided. Couple staff there knew sign language which made me more comfortable.

This dentist gave me clear and direct information regarding my dental situation. She was amazing and the staff was a pleasure!

They were 30 minutes behind schedule because some people were late so instead of taking me they took the person that was late. Doing that made it so I was only able to get limited care during my visit because I had to go to work. Now my next appt is like 2-3 weeks out. Getting appts. Are very difficult.

Overall, my appointment was probably one of the best dentist appointments I have ever had. Going in, I was anxious not having an appointment in the last two years. The dental hygienist was very wonderful, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed her teaching me different things about mouth, the health of your mouth, and such things. It was very informative and I really appreciated it. The assistant tech was also very nice. And the new dentist that I saw was better than the last. I really enjoyed her. Glad that I have her now. Thank you.

Can I give 100 stars to the team that helped my daughter yesterday? I would sure like to, as they did AMAZING / SPECTACULAR / FABULOUS!!!! My kid has been horrified of the prospect of getting her filling because she's afraid of needles. The hygienists were so patient with her, kind, and funny. It made all the difference in the world. She has to go back for a second filling, but experience yesterday was so positive that she knows it "won't be that bad, after all." Thank you!!!!!

Staff is friendly and helpful and don't do unnecessary dental work

I had to change providers last year but was able to switch back this year. It was like coming back to family.

As a relatively new customer to Willamette, I have been very pleased with the dentists and supporting staff that I have been exposed to.

The dentist and the assistant dental hygienist were extremely professional and exceeded above and beyond my expectations for my visit. However, you could use improvement in your phone answering because there's nobody at the front desk and my hold, I was on hold for several, several minutes and then finally was told that you're not receiving calls. So I think that's probably an area you need to work on. But as far as the dentist and the hygienist, excellent. Thank you.

I was surprised by how many people worked with me for my initial visit! From exrays to final setting of future appointments. Facility was nice. I've been to the facility on Mill Plain and that felt like a military meat market.
