It was mostly a good experience and scheduled pretty quickly for being an emergency. But they didn't tell me anything when they were done. They didn't give me any instructions as far as could I chew on it right away? Did I need to wait a certain amount of time? Was there anything I needed to stay away from besides opening things with my teeth? Things like that. I just thought about it after I left and wondered if I should have had some instruction.

Dr. Taylor was really great and helpful in fitting me in last minute for an emergency fix on my tooth. The hygienist that was there was fabulous as well. When the appointment was over, we were walking out to check out, but I just felt like something else needed to be filed in my tooth, and they were more than willing to get me back there again. another check and that was fabulous and they're great all the time. I am not happy with how long it takes before you can see the Orthodontist again for the next appointment. It takes a month and a half. By the next appointment my sons way over due of being seen. My son is wearing the elastics. The elastics move his teeth but then move them too far by the time we see the orthodontist again. About 3 times we are going back and forth with pulling his teeth one way then another. Its frustrating and a waste of time. We talked to the orthodontist about this situation of going back and forth and just the last appointment he explains to just stop wearing them when his teeth are aligned correctly. Why didn't he tell us that 3-4 months ago? Other then that he has been good. Its just this one on going issue each appointment for the last maybe 3 visits.

Dr. Taylor took the time to make sure I understood my treatment of care. It really helped to alleviate my anxiety.

Dr. Taylor and his assistant were fantastic. They were very caring and had had great manners. I was really pleased with them.

Great experience

Your doctors and your techs did amazing. And I really wish that you didn't have to do this every appointment. I think this is not really fair to them. So maybe we don't do this every appointment. Maybe we just send an email every once in a while. They are people and they work and they don't need to be treated like this. They don't need to have this done every appointment.

Edwardo was a fine dental hygienist. Friendly, efficient, gentle enough, and didn't ask 50 questions as soon as the suction and dental tools were in my mouth. The doctor is friendly, thorough and upbeat.

Dr. Taylor did an amazing job fixing my tooth. The appointment was an emergency situation, at least for me. Every effort was made to find a time for me to visit. I would recommend Dr. TAYLOR.

I've been a patient of Willamette for 8 years, I recently switched to a closer office but surprised at it taking 3 months to get an appointment and then the new provider acted like I was brand new so clearly no records are shared. I likely wouldn't not have switched if I had known this.

My dentist and his asistant did amazing

I appreciate the doctors good mood. Every time I come in, he is smiling and making a positive atmosphere for both patients and employees.

We called for first time because my son was in pain from a old filling falling out and a cavity forming in the hole. I expected it to take awhile to first go through establishment of care appointment and then treat the issue. The jumped right in and got him taken care of that day. It was great!

He showed compassion and moved quickly to get me into the surgeon for emergency extraction in 30 min!!!

I have been a patient with Dr Taylor and his assistant for about 5 years and have nothing but positive things to say about them and my experience there. I've always had bad dental anxiety, however I don't feel that at Williamette at all. They are all so kind and caring. Very professional group of people.

I would have liked if better communication during the visit

I had an appointment for a criwn prep, I was very upset that the dental assistant did almost all the prep for the crown. It took her 3 times to get a mold of the tooth, another assistant finally had to do it. Why isn't the dentist doing it. I looked up what a dentist should be doing, and NOT the assistant. Prepare the tooth, fit the crown, take impressions of the tooth for the lab, placing a temp crown while the permanent one is being made. The only thing the dentist did was drill the tooth for the temp. This is not acceptable.

Yes, Jen and Dr. Taylor are wonderful. I really don't like having an extraction, but they make it way easier, pain free. They're just a really good pair and very, very happy that I started going there.

I thought that the hygienist, Brittany, was very professional and thorough and described what was going on and definitely made me feel like I had a better understanding of my checkup and appreciated it and plan on coming back for a future visit. And Dr. Taylor, I felt like he also displayed a lot of professionalism and enjoy going and seeing him as my dentist.

I am very thankful for the staff helping me through the little episode I had after the shots.

Super sweet staff all around! From reception to hygienists to doctor!

I got a crown on a front tooth but I now look like I have a snaggletooth because it is slightly longer and sits lower than my regular tooth and rubs on the inside of my mouth. I called the office to speak to someone, but no one answered and have not received a call back..

They treated me very well and the best thing is that there are people who speak Spanish so one can understand them better.
