The personnel was extremely professional and cheerful and I really, really appreciated that. The dentist examined my neck and my jaw and my lymph nose. I've never had that done before. I thought that was above and beyond. Again, I appreciated that and they were all extremely professional.

Both the doctor and the hygienist were great! And, I didn't go home with sore teeth like other times.

The first experience was not as expected since I could not be in the room with my child while taking care of my other children. But the second appointment which was made right the next day they made up for it and I am happy with what the doctor accomplished. The environment was very calming, caring and explained every step with my child while taking their time.

Josue was great & made me feel comfortable with the cleaning. The dentist shearre was very friendly & explained everything. Trayia was funny & professional I enjoyed her very much! Aidee was super friendly & had a great attitude.

I received a ER dental appt. Quickly . I was in a lot of pain and dentist and assistant were kind, efficient and professional. They listened to me and today I am so much better from 2 days ago.

My hygienist sucked. They acted as if I hadn't ever been seen before. Poked at a healed injury asking if I got burnt on food. Even after i mentioned that i have very sensitive gums and needed numbing priviously. Pretty crappy experience for such an uppity institution.

The dentist was great at thoroughly explaining my options during the initial visit. He ruminated on it before the second visit and suggested other options. I felt I had good information and was able to make a decision without being pushed in a particular direction. Both the dentist and the assistant worked well together during the procedure and really went the extra mile at the end to make sure that the filling wasn't impacting the "feel" of my mouth. Gratitude for their great work!

Dr. Shearer was very professional and communicated very well. He worked well with his assistants and was pleasant and enjoyable to talk with. He was very laid back and explained things extremely well and made my appointment enjoyable. One of my favorite visits to a dentist office ever. His assistant Kendra who travels to work in different offices was also very kind, compassionate, professional, and joyful. She deserves big time kudos as does Dr. Shearer. Thank you
