Communication with 'Triage' was very sketchy. 3 calls and no call back. I definitely got the impression that WD protocol was more important than my concern.

I have only just met this new dentist. I am scheduled to see her again in a week so I will know more after that next appointment but was not so happy with my last dentist so I am hoping this one will do better.

The dentist did a good job. The only problem I had was she is very hard to understand. Seems like there was a little bit of a language barrier. Other than that, she did wonderful.

The Dr. and dental hygienist were the best I have had in all the years I have been coming here. I hope they are here next year for my cleaning.

The service is great. I just recommend that it doesn't take so long to get in for an appointment or scheduled or waiting for appointments to be opened is really inconvenient.

She was extremely helpful to me and determining my need for dentures and what the plan would be! Her manner was extremely courteous, informative and gentle, yet persuasive, and I will now proceed to have impressions, extractions, and dentures.

Dr Nguyen explained why the partials could of helped me in strengthening my upper molars, I really did not know this, otherwise, I would of persevered with them. She also explained the deep cleaning and follow up. Now, I feel way more equipped to try and save my remaining teeth. She was very caring and so was the hygienist. I am looking forward to working with them on my dental care moving forward.
