I do not want the dental assistant who treated me for this appointment be assigned to me again. My apologies, I do not remember her name, it was an early morning appointment. It took her a very long time to place the cord around my tooth at the gum line for the new handheld xray scanner which then took three times to scan with rough handling. She also complained about the new handheld scanner certification process during the appointment. She was distracted talking about the health issues of her dog for the first 15 minutes of working on me with Dr Kuhn. I had to signal for suction multiple times and ended up ingesting a lot of foul tasting fluid. I left with more swelling than I should have for the prep that was done that day.

When getting my teeth cleaned it was the best I ever had. In the past I had some bad experiences where the person was rough. This visit she was truly amazing and took her time with me and was attentive. Great service!

All the staff are super nice, and they are quick and efficient. They explain things when you ask, and let you know your options.

Dr. Kuhn was super knowledgeable and very kind, he went above and beyond! I would recommend Dr Kuhn to friends and family!

Waited over 10 minutes to schedule an appointment, chose the call back option and then couldn't take the call. Then waited 30 minutes on the phone to try again making an appointment. Should offer an online option to scheduling an appointment.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and extremely informative on how I could better the health of my teeth. I look forward to continuing to use Willamette.

We live about 3 hours and when we asked about a referral to the orthodontist they were able to get my daughter in same day understanding that its a long drive. Absolutely appropriate the care they showed

The hygienist polished my teeth and got all the stains off. I am so impressed, she was kind and quiet spoken and professional. Also the Dentist told me off options that o didn't know were available and advised I could shop around. He also took time and was through. It's much appreciated.

My experience was fantastic. I especially appreciated my hygienist and her work and just how, you know, she was always checking in with me to see if I was doing okay and is there any pain? Are you doing okay? Is that strong enough or too strong or what do you need? And I really appreciated that because sometimes people don't listen to you. So thank you. It was awesome.

For being so scared of the dentist for all three of us. They told us everything they were doing each time and they even took time with my kids that have sensory issues.

This was my first time at the Meridian location. I was so pleased with both the hygienist and dentist. Kind, professional, personable, and helpful. All the things you'd ask for!

I will not be seeing this dentist again. He is not good at giving shots and gave me 4 pokes without any numbing whatsoever. I was in pain for the procedure and it was grueling. I did tell him no when he attempted to numb me by poking the roof of my mouth with no numbing gel first, because by that time, I was fed up with ineffective and painful shots. I own that the pain at the end was of me choosing the lesser of two evils. I have always been completely happy with the treatment and dentists at Willamette, but this was not the norm I have come to expect.

All staff were incredibly kind and gentle.

I'm so grateful that ur office got me in so quickly due to im leaving for the Coast Gaurd in a few days, thank you so much for your concern and your exceptional help especially due to my short notice!

Special thanks to Dr Kuhn and staff for calming my anxiety! Having a teeth extraction was causing extreme anxiety and they did their best to walk me thru it and provide the pain medication needed. I did not feel almost anything at all!!

I was happy with the care that the dentist took to fix my tooth.
