Hi, I was impressed with her professionalism and her friendliness, and she seemed to be quite thorough. The only problem was I got about three little sentences describing my options, but I don't have, I was told that I would have to do the research on each one of them to make my decision as to what I needed to do, but I don't have access to research my decisions and I think I need more information. Thank you.

Really appreciate the patience and the follow up call the next day. I had a few questions not on the sheet about hygeine and it was helpful to get to ask those.

My experience with Willamette Dental has been overall positive, especially with the Tigard office. Periodontist Dr. Myneni and her staff are outstanding and very professional! except for one occasion at the Beaverton location, when they canceled my appointment at the last minute because they were short-staffed. This created some issues with my work schedule. I think Willamette Dental needs to hire more staff to avoid overbooking and meet the needs of their patients.

I wish you'd get specialist in Eugene/Springfield. Waiting months for an appointment in or driving to Portland aren't the best options.

Though I was asked to drive from Eugene to Portland for an appointment that should not be scheduled due to that the time is very close to the time some of my teeth are extracted a week ago, Dr. Myneni is very helpful in getting things right and provides me with some useful guidance with great patience.

The team was very thorough with their exam and provided new information that will help me control my dental health going forward. I'm looking forward to continuing treatment with this office!

The whole staff was kind and caring. My provider made sure I understood every treatment option available and I love that I know up front the amount im expected to pay at every visit when I schedule it which really helps for things like periodontal surgery. Amazing team

Dr. Myneni and the other team members were excellent and very helpful. My only concern was how many of the post-op instructions I was given weren't written down. For example, no one showed me how to or wrote down how to remove the stint from the top of my mouth after 3 days. It was not written down to alternate between the Tylenol and the prescribed Ibuprofen.

Bharathi Myneni BDS, has performed miracles on my smile, with her highly skilled and gentle hands. She is a blessing! The entire staff at Willamette Dental is, and always has been, the most courteous, compassionate, cheerful group of humans I have ever encountered, under one roof, in my life. I can't imagine ever considering entrusting my dental health care, anywhere else.

I had an appointment that started at 7:00am last until 8:00am(it was only a consult) this was way too long in my opinion.

My doctor made shaming comments to me. She refused to listen to me when I repeatedly asked her to please stop saying something that was harmful to me. She abruptly stopped the procedure and I was left to advocate for myself while on nitrous. She implied I was being disrespectful because I told her what she was saying to me was harmful and inappropriate. I feel like I was gas lit and manipulated. I have never been so disrespected by a doctor.

The dr was very hard to undstand. She did not articulate well enough for me to understand her English. Maybe a clear mask would help too.

I want a copy of my provider's chart note emailed to me. You need to update your electronic records to allow patients to access these reports. I also found that the main (primary, referral) dentist who referred me to the specialist had a focus on the left lower gum problem and the endodontist focused on a similar problem near the molar area on the right side that wasn't discussed with the primary dentist. All very confusing. Sedation with any endodontist procedure is limited which is a barrier to care. I want the endodontist note sent to me. I have to be the case manager for my dental health. You don't keep very good track of it.

Dr. Bharathi Myneni is knowledgeable about her procedure but there were gaps for me as a patient with communication and my understanding of the experience and expectations afterwards.

Scheduling conflicts with the surgeon interfered with my procedure when she was required to stop, mid gum graft, to see another patient that was waiting for their post op appointment. Later, after driving 45 minutes to my pharmacy in Scappoose (from Tigard), I learned none of the prescriptions had been released and I was required to call the clinic to remind them and wait at the pharmacy (in pain) for an additional hour.

Overall, I think it was a really good experience. I would have liked more information of the cause of the problem before moving into treatment of it and perhaps more about what could happen post-surgery as I was finding some more information on other periodontist websites that was helpful and I wish I had gotten from Willamette. I was just going to say that the demo group has been really helpful, especially with helping me with scheduling since I haven't traveled so far. And the workers that are on the street and there are folks in the office for helping me get everything. I just want to say thanks to them, especially. But anyways, I thank you again.

My appointment was supposed to be at 1:50. I did not see the doctor until almost 2:50. An hour sitting in a chair waiting is a very long time and unacceptable. I had to drive over an hour for a 10 minute appointment. Then had to wait for an hour for my appointment.

I always have a great experience at the office on Foster. You have a endodontist that did my root canal last year. He's ex-military. I can't remember his name but he was amazing! I literally fell asleep during the procedure because they do just what he was doing. I was terrified of a root canal but if I need another one, I wouldn't have anyone else do it but him.

Dr. Myneni was excellent. She really listened and tried to help me in a situation that was kind of difficult and complicated because I was leaving town. And she tried very hard to get me the best care. She emailed me at home with information. She was just excellent.

Clearer pre and post op instructions/care should be provided. As well as what to expect and when to contact office for questions/concerns. Staff were not well prepared with all equipment and supplies during procedure.
