Usually I wait 5 min or less, but this time my wait was closer to 10 min. Not awful, but not perfect.

Dr Nathan Tam was excellent at explaining everything to me and showing what was going on with my tooth problem and what needs to be done to fix the problem. He put things in an easy to understand way. I appreciate Dr Tam.

Because I forgot to take pre-appt meds staff was able to give me an afternoon appt quickly.

I appreciated the way Dr. Tam talked me through the process, reminding me to concentrate on my breathing, gaving me a different place for my mind to be concentrating other than the work that he was doing.

Getting through the phone lines is getting & getting timely appts is worse and worse. I held on for more than 50 mins and still was required to get call back. Then after being given an urgent appt slot in another city, my appt was cancelled without me receiving notification because they only left a voice mail. I drove to my appt only to discover a provider was not there! These contact & lengthy scheduling problems have been getting worse the past year. Though the in person staff are kind and attentive, getting there is becoming so difficult, that after being a client for more than 15 yrs, I'm starting to reconsider leaving to go elsewhere.

The receptionist was not polite, I seemed to be an annoyance to her .

I had a large, unsightly cavity on a front bottom tooth. I was scheduled for another filling that day, but Dr. Tam agreed the front one had priority. I could not even see where the cavity was when he finished; it was such a good match. This was my first experience with Dr. Tam. He introduced himself and shook my hand. He explained a possible consequence of the filling and gave directions for pain management. Although having a cavity filled is never pleasant, I appreciated very much having him as my dentist. His assistant was likewise very helpful and professional.

Am currently waiting for appointment with specialist. Am excited to get a new smile.

I felt dentist really cared about the outcome of his work. He was very warm and helpful in explaining my dental routine for best results.

Scheduling is not easy. I was to schedule an appointment in 3 weeks and the schedule is not open. This needs to be worked on

they have been my dental for some time now.

This was my first visit to this dentist. The people and the dental care were terrific, but I almost left right after I had checked in, before meeting any of the dental staff. A screen advertisement in the waiting room, for chlorhexidine mouthwash, made me concerned about whether I wanted to be treated by people who were hawking such products to all their patients. Nobody tried to sell me any of the mouthwash, but if they had, I would not have come back to the clinic.

The hygienist and the information desk are nice and respectful to me
