The staff was incredibly awesome! I came in a bit nervous, but later felt more relaxed. Front desk was great, Yasmine was absolutely outstanding, and the Dr. Kok was great, as well.

Dr. Kok was very informative and provided exceptional care and concern when discussing a potential issue with a tooth that has been monitored for many years. He was very receptive to my want to see the periodontist for further treatment options as I am hesitant to pull a tooth that may be able to be saved. He was very clear in his communication of what to expect next as well as supportive of me seeking further workup. I left feeling heard and comfortable with the next steps and he even made time to commend me on my current dental care and routine. I would love to see him again in the future.

My hygienist that did my cleaning she is amazing. I have such anxiety going to the dentist and she was gentle. The dentist that I seen today he was very helpful and explaining why my teeth have become loose. This has been one of the better appointments that I've had with Willamette Dental.

The visit itself was good but trying to get an appointment for a cracked and infected tooth was difficult. Had to call numerous times and then found out that they didn't even schedule the appointment as stated the first time. And there were no notes that I called the first time. Reception staff were kind of dismissive.

I have a very large fear of metal in it around my mouth and they were very careful and cautious about it. Explaining to me about everything they were doing before I got the laughing gas to make sure I was comfortable. I appreciate that, I also appreciate the fact they don't just mess with your teeth or pull things out for no reason. Thank you

Everyone was kind, courteous, helpful, and made going to the dentist a pleasant experience! The entire dental suite was clean, organized, and well-lit. They also have very accommodating hours.

I wish I could remember the name of my hygienist. He was wonderful. He was so informative. I felt like he was more knowledgeable than the dentist really took the time to talk with me about different options.

I was very greatful and relieved that the office personal were able to place me with a dentist at the "spare of the moment". I arrived what I thought was on time, but I was actually 24 hours too early. I was able to get xrays completed, but needed to return the next day to complete the dental work needed before I could get scheduled at a hospital for surgery.

Everyone was professional, friendly and respectful. I was informed of what was happening each step of the way. Excellent visit.

Experience was great! I felt really cared for. The only reason I gave 8s for the recommendations was previous experiences.

I have dental anxiety, which the dental assistant asked before treatment, and I told her between 1 and 10, it was an 8. During the procedure of repairing my broken tooth Doctor Kok drilled into my check with the large abrasive drill. This was extremely painful and require sever stitches to stop the bleeding before he could continue fixing my tooth. Now my anxiety level is now at a 10 and I'm not sure I will be able to go back for my follow up appointment next week. I will never accept treatment form Doctor Kok in the future. It has been a week now and my check is still in a lot of pain which makes it difficult for me to eat.
