I was very impressed with my dentist and the dental assistant, but at Wilhelmette Dental, what I don't appreciate is that there's been numerous times where I get a hold of the call center and then they tell me that someone from the office will call me to schedule an appointment and then that doesn't happen. That's literally happened numerous times, so that's pretty frustrating. And then I needed a referral to an oncologist that's within network and I was supposed to sign an estimate in order to get an appointment set up, but the estimate was not presented to me to sign while I was at the office, so I had to come back to the office, which caused me to waste about an hour and 15 minutes of my time commuting.

My dental hygienist, Jennifer, made me feel calm by talking with me, answered my questions, and it was overall a pleasant experience. That says a lot considering dental visits. Dr. R. was also good at explaining possible issues and solutions.

Everybody was super friendly and helpful. Appointment scheduling is a little hard because you guys are super busy, which is understandable. So great job.

They were able to get Me And in a very timely manner for a wisdom tooth issue, and before I was able to get into the dentist also were quick to get me started on an anabiotic and ways to relieve the pain! The nurse has always been not a pleasant experience for me, but finding the Willamette dental offices has made going to the dentist a much less traumatic experience. I'm very grateful.

The entire staff was accommodating and kind in my time of emergency.

The receptionist, hygienist and dentist were all very professional and I would definitely continue going to this dental office. However, the scheduler was very rude when trying to make the appointment since I wanted to change office locations to be closer to home.

My hygienist was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of great information specifically related to flossing... Apparently, it is not just about food removal at all...it's about biofilm!

Dr. Reichert and his staff and my hygienist were absolutely professional. They were informative. They answered all of my questions. And I would highly recommend Willamette to anyone that I come across.

I do find it very challenging to contact. It is hard to call the main number and have no way to connect with the main office easily.

I have been going to Willamette dental for many years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I've used Willamette dental for most of my life. My experience at another location in a different state was terrible. However, that was quite a few years ago. I'm very happy with my most recent experience.

Fantastic staff, I had a great experience for it being a dentist office. I have been apprehensive to go but they made it as good of an experience as they could

Unexpectedly lost a large filling. I called for an appt and they got me in at 8am the next morning. Got right in upon arrival for my appt. Dentist gave me options available, then explained everything he was doing. It was a great experience.

Every one was great but you seem very under staffed. Hire more good people.

We have had two visits at Willamette dental. The in office visit has been superb! Very attentive, got in quickly, and all staff explained treatment well. My only hesitation to recommend to a friend at 10 is the scheduling process is quite terrible. You call an overall Willamette headquarters and then they attempt to schedule you at the various locations Willamette has. But sometimes they can't do that because you're booking children so then they have to call and transfer you to the actual location, but then sometimes they don't answer so then they have to transfer you back and half the time you're waiting on hold for a decent amount of time when it would be just as easy to book your next appointment when you leave that day, but they don't let you book that far in advance. Seems like it'd be just as easy to cut out the middleman and all this calling back-and-forth and scheduling when I could just do it the day that I leave my appointment to schedule the next one.

The new general appointment line was pretty terrible. They tried to make an appointment for something I didn't need and then tried to make me two separate appointments for something that could be one. Weird! I'm just going to ask to be transferred directly to my local office now. It shouldn't take 20-minutes to book an appointment.

The staff is always very nice and the care is thorough.

Very professional, faster than expected and offered to put filler in a small indent in a k9 tooth to make it easier to clean and not get decay later on. Two thumbs up.

When I asked for the lead vest the tech laughed and walked out and x rayed me. I asked again on the second image capture and he just smiled and walked out again. I would like to know if these vests are still being used, and if not why
