Great atmosphere and amazing crew

The front counter staff, the x-ray tech, my dental hygienist, and the dentist were all friendly and great to work with. Good experience all the way around.

Well, it was a pretty dang good experience. Had to get a tooth pulled. You know, they gave me drugs. He fingered my mouth aggressively and it popped out. So, I mean, what else could I say? Great experience. 10 out of 10, we'll shop again.

I always recommend Willamette Dental the Meridian location to everybody. I talk to. They're amazing.

My granddaughter was seen by one of the dental hygienists, and she was wonderful. Considering my granddaughter has never been to a dentist before, and she was professional fun.And my granddaughter really enjoyed her, and so did I, I'd love to see that girl.Get a raise

The music in the waiting area is really loud and annoying - especially at 8am. Everything else was great.

My appointment was fast and easy. The staff was kind and helpful. I will be back again next year.

Natalie, JR, and Dr Draper were all very kind and friendly, they made my appointment fun and enjoyable.

They had me back getting X-rays and I was there a little early! They were super efficient and so nice!

Dr. Draper is great. I asked the hygienist if I could have my teeth cleaned twice a year and I felt a little dismissed by his answer.

Great experience

I had a crown come off while eating. I called immediately and they got be in the same day. I arrived early and they saw me right away. I live 2 hours away, so I am so appreciative that they respected my time.

You're too shorthanded now with dentists, and it's hard to get in when a person has an issue, which has become a problem as far as we're concerned. When I called for an appointment because of mild tooth pain, I was given the soonest-available appointment but promised a phone call in the event of a cancellation. In about a week there was a cancellation, and I was able to get timely assistance. Thanks for helping me!

I like! I told them about my crown that my previous dentist said it needs to be replace. they carefully check and they said it doesn't really need to replace.

It would just be helpful that when you made an appointment.You actually had the number to your office and not have to call the toll free number to try and get a hold of someone

Even though it is fair away I would recommend because my daughter has a dentist in fruitland and it is always a bad experience. I appreciated all the team work and professionalism.

Hygienist and front desk were professional and kind. Dentist was quick and wanted to give me the most generalized answer and get me out of the room. He didn't answer my questions and was quick to shut me down with what he thought the issue was. Will be back to Willamette, I'll probably just ask for a different provider if possible.

Makes our appointments pleasant and willingly displays a sincere effort to take great care of our dental needs.

I was not given instructions on how to use a perscription medication. Educating a patient on the proper use of a medication is important to prevent injury/death. There was no inquery on if i was familiar with the medication provided and i had to look into it myself and see how the two medications were to be used. I was also scheduled with the impression that the initial visit was to get set up as a new patient and to repair a damaged tooth in the same visit. The repair did not happen but was scheduled for a later date while i understand time/staff are limited, setting an expectation and communicating it with the patient and staff is an important factor in efficacy of care and patient satisfaction.

Considering my fear of dental visit this was a very comfortable appointment.

Dr Draper addressed all my concerns and helped me to prioritize needed procedures.

So far my experience has been very good.

My Doctor was not there; but the one I met was also friendly. I like job they do.

If the office is truly booked out two months for fillings, it may be time to add dentists to your location(s). In order to serve your current customers
