I called for an appointment and got in the very next day because of a cancellation. The staff was extremely professional and worked together well.

Everything went well, except I did end up in the chair for @ an hour I think. It was a bit difficult.

All good. Just hope the doctor can be more patient when I have a little bit concern... everything is good though.

The dental assistant was great. The dentist lacks empathy and a bedside manner. I felt like I was a job to get done and out, which was not helpful since he told me the tooth could not be saved and would have to be pulled. He did not explain what this would mean for the future, until I asked before he left. Then it was a rush job giving me a couple options, when I was really wanting to know if I would be good with one less tooth, or if I needed to replace it with something or run the risk of future issues. He did not seem to care much that I was experiencing a lot of pain in the procedure. It was only when I almost arched of the chair that he took the time to provide more pain killer. It was the only negative experience I have ever had with any of the dentists at Willamette, but I am thankful that the pain is gone from the tooth and it seems to being doing well. So, I guess the end result was worth it.

Dr Brimhall is the best. He was professional and talked about my care. The hygienist, J R, gave me the best cleaning I have ever had. Both men deserve 5 stars. I had a wonderful experience.

The hold time when trying to reach the office was 25 minutes. That is unacceptable. The front desk ladies were rude. And the appointment was rushed. The Dr seemed like he didnt want to hear anything I had to say so it wasn't worth talking. Very disappointed.

So I hate being a negative person so this hard for me but honestly this was a rough filling appointment. I was thankful my kids didn't need a filling. My mouth was prayed open the whole time. It was just a really uncomfortable tooth filling. The staff is always really nice which I appreciate but honestly I can say it was filled efficiently but definitely a rougher filling.

Lead shielding on low dose radiation is necessary. The dental hygienist that my wife and I and other folks have said she is rude somewhat short in her temperance and answers with an arrogant attitude and does not do a thorough job. The patient who needs prophylaxis may not always know they need antibiotics prior to a visit. It could and should be charted out of patient care and concern to leave a note or alert on patient chart. Have had this happen twice with issues that were prolonged... Dr Brimhall is fine there is a low level of confidence we have felt with some of the others. We elected to choose another office and see if it gets any better and if it doesn't, we will seek dental care with another practice. And so will the others.

I was treated like an inconvenience. There was no compassion, caring, or interest in anything I said or felt throughout the time i was there. I felt like he had somewhere to get to and wanted out of there as fast as possible.

I have intense dental anxiety and I have never felt so accepted before. I went in crying and left supported and encouraged to continue seeking dental care without shame. I usually avoid the dentist but not any more :)

Dentistry has always been horrible experiences for both pain and tmj triggers but WD has proven to be a considerably different (& positive) experience. Thank you!

Hygienist had the best and most gentle hands. Very good job. Dentist fixed my retainer which took 30 seconds but was so helpful.

Dr Brimhall spoke very little with me. He mostly communicated with the staff. He gave me vague instructions for use of a Rx mouthwash, which seemed to contradict the instructions on the bottle.
