Receptionist was patient and kind. Freddy did expats and I didn't gag as usual. Great job. Stella did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. They looked fabulous. Dr Brimhall did an excellent exam. 5 stars for everyone

Willamette had always met and exceeded my expectations. All the staff, from the check in desk, x-ray techs, hygienists, and doctors have always been straight forward and to the point. Very efficient. Always answer my questions and listen. High marks from me.

Dr. Bramwell is a very good dentist. I would like a little more interaction with what is happening in real time, especially with the shots.

My hygienist was absolutely phenomenal!

Took child in through triage, after waiting a week to get in, as he had a hole in his tooth and was causing him pain. The dentist looked at him, mentioned he needs better at home care, and sent us on our way. Nothing done to mitigate the pain or fix the issue. Also, anymore with Willamette, it is taking months to get an appointment, not just for routine care, but also for work that's needs to be done that was found during routine care.

Brittney did an excellent job taking my X rays. She was efficient and made the process easy. Dr. Brimhall was very knowledgeable and a great clinician. I felt well taken care of throughout my visit.

The hygienist did a thorough job and was very attentive, and the doctor was kind, knowledgeable, and made sure all of my questions were answered. It's clear they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this team if you're looking for quality dental care.

calling in to make an appt, I was put on hold for over 20 min 2x. Also the guy that did the xray was super nice and did a great job, he smelled like cigarette smoke which was gross :(

The provider and staff were extremely helpful in getting me in for a same-day appointment that turned out to be an abscessed tooth. The provider gave me a course of antibiotics and we have scheduled for a root canal. Very thankful for an amazing team.

Approachable staff and easy to make appointments. Hopefully emergency appointments will also be easily scheduled in the future. Although it will be good if doctors will also be available all throughout the week. Overall, great service! Keep it up.

I've been using Willamette for the past 5 years and it's always been a positive experience. That's why I have stayed with this provider.

I called for an appointment and got in the very next day because of a cancellation. The staff was extremely professional and worked together well.

Everything went well, except I did end up in the chair for @ an hour I think. It was a bit difficult.

All good. Just hope the doctor can be more patient when I have a little bit concern... everything is good though.
