I did not see Dr Knopp in the 2 appointments I had yesterday. One at 7:30 and 4:30. I went in at 7:30 and they took impressions of my denture for a new liner. Went back at 4:30 and picked it up. The denture with the new liner I was thinking they could adjust it. They told me they could not. It is really uncomfortable. Now I have to go to the place that made that denture to get it fixed.

From check in to check out, all Willamette employees were wonderful. Samantha was personable while cleaning my teeth. Dr. Knopp was was very engaged and easy to talk with. Thank you for a comfortable visit!

The only thing that I can say is that I would really like my next visit to be sooner.

I'm really impressed with all the new x-ray equipment you have since I was there last. The only thing I wish they had was a button on the chair you could push to call a tech in case of an emergency / request. I needed to spit up some flem that came up in my mouth, and didn't really know where to spit it. I was alone in the room and so I just pulled my Bible off , and spit in it. Lucky I thought of that.

I was very pleased with their service and I am recovering very well.

The staff is great, and I was pleased with their response and help when I was ill. I may need that fluoride in my teeth, but I think next time I will pass on that shellacking. Yuk!

For someone who doesn't like the dentist, haven't been very accommodating. Also haven't gotten a call back for my next appointment.

I never met this dentist as I usually see Dr Rowberry. He was very nice and do a great job. They got me in for an emergency tooth very early and it worked for me. His assistant was great and very kind.

Overall absolutely great experience. I use to be so nervous and uncomfortable Going to the dentist but Dr. Knopp and his team are truly amazing. Even the front staff are so friendly and go over everything with you to make sure you understand. I will always go to Willamette!

Dental Hygienist was not personable or friendly. "Relax your gums women" is not a profession statement. I have a lot of dental anxiety and she did not make the experience any better

Please fix your phone system. Southern Idaho is in mountain time so opens earlier than Oregon and Washington. So frustrating to call first thing in morning, knowing the local office is open but I can't get through to the office
