Dr. Jenks and his assistant were very kind and did a great job explaining to me what to expect and checked in throughout the procedure to be sure I was comfortable.

The endodontist was very thorough, explaining everything that would happen or could happen.

I really appreciated how both the dentist and the technician were very professional and kind. I was afraid of the pain. They not only listened to my concerns but also reassured me and made me feel quite comfortable. Great team.

The only problem ever is getting into an appointment in a timely manner.

I've had recent dental appointments from general dentistry to endodontics and calling the on call dentist twice. Everyone has been friendly, helpful, professional, and sympathetic.

Such a great experience! My son was treated so well and we were explained everything that was going on and what our options were.

I was having trouble and Dr Jenks was so very kind and understanding. He explained that this thing happens to a lot of patients.

Dr. Jenkins is really good at listening and providing options that fit my needs as well as explaining each one carefully and fully.

Best root canal Ive had due to focus on my comfort level and ability of doctor.

I had a couple of tooth problems that were very painful, even into the very early morning, and I was able to reach someone, and they were able to get me an appointment very, very quickly. And at the appointment, everything went great. The doctor did a wonderful job. Tooth is fixed. And I was just very happy, impressed, and it was a very easy process. Thank you.

Although my root canal was not successful, I feel that the appropriate care was provided and that Dr. Jenks, his assistants and all front desk staff have been friendly, professional, patient and efficient.

For a root canal it was very good.

The Dentist who did my root canal is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. He was kind quick and just a really nice gentleman. I was super nervous and he was very kind and quick I really appreciate him. The lady was super nice to.

I have had a toothache for over a week I went in on Friday to Doctor Wilde and she sent me to Doctor Jenks whom I couldn't get into until Wednesday for a root canal .. Doctor Jenks was very nice But decided he couldn't do the root canal and he ordered me some antibiotics. The order did not get to my pharmacy , I called the Meridian office and the lady was not helpful at all almost rude..Doctor Jenks also said I needed to go to a oral surgeon and I needed a referral.. the referral was never sent to the oral surgeon ..I called the meridian office AGAIN.. And she told me they had to get it OK' by the Nampa office and that it takes 3 to 5 business days..what??? This process is way to convoluted and ridiculous especially when your suffering with pain...I am very disillusioned with willamette dental
