When I walked in the door, from the minute that I walked in, I felt accepted, I felt heard, I felt respected. I really think that every single staff member that I ran into there was not only professional, but friendly above and beyond the call of duty, notwithstanding all of their other commitments and patience. So I have nothing but good things to say about Willamette and the staff there. They've always treated me professionally and gone above and beyond. So I'm returning to Willamette, having had a break, having moved out of state for several years and came back. And this is the reason I came back to Willamette, was for this exact reason of professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness. So keep up the good working.

Everybody was so incredibly nice and professional. It was very clear that it was a nice working environment with the way people got along with each other and worked well together. I Felt very comfortable. One slight criticism would be that you asked my pronouns in the paperwork, but nobody actually used them so there's a little bit of a disconnect there. Everyone was really great about using my preferred name though which I really appreciate.

Hi, besides for trying to schedule the appointment, which has nothing to do with the Beaverton office, everything was great. Everyone was very caring when I was at the Beaverton office, the dental hygienist, the people in the front that you see when you come in, and Dr. Purcell always does a great job, and I'm able to trust them completely when I come in with dental work. So I really appreciate the care I get at the Beaverton office. Thank you.

Honestly, it was amazing. My mom was with me the whole time because I'm lucky my mom works there honestly a piece of advice to get you a mother that works in dental care because your anxiety will be zero unless you don't trust your mom, but I trust her she's been doing my teeth since I was little.

It was frustrating because I broke my tooth two days before my appointment to get my fillings. I showed them my tooth, it wasn't addressed, no one offered me another appointment, no one offered anything for me to do, and then I came out to the car and called in and now I can't get in until for three weeks. So that's disappointing because I have a broken tooth. So that's what I don't like is not being able to get appointments in a timely manner. Thank you.

The waiting time for the appointments is ridiculously long. We had to wait almost 4 months. They never schedule your next appointment after your visit, but instead you have to wait for somebody to call you and schedule. We waited for 3 months before they called me and then another month for an appointment. Other than the waiting time I'm satisfied with the dental care they provide.

I have never felt so good at the dentist before! Every person I interacted with from the front desk to the hygienist to my dentist were so kind and welcoming. They worked with and understood my allergies as well as my health treatments. As someone with major medical anxiety this was the first time I didn't have any sort of problem! Yeah, Dr. Geoffrey Purcell did the finest work that I've ever had done on my teeth in a timely manner and I've had other teeth worked on similar that I ended up with a lot of pain and weeks to heal. I'm healed today already. It's already closing up on where he extracted the tooth that he had to take out and saw out in pieces because they never want to come out. I've had four done now and no pain whatsoever. I didn't need any pain medication. He didn't cut my gums all up like the others had. He did it really quickly, really professionally, patiently. He was kind and I've never, I never expected to come out without a bunch of pain. So I mean I couldn't be happier with the guy's work.

I'm an older lady who fell on hard times, like lots of people, particularly during the pandemic. I never, ever liked going to the dentist; perhaps I used lockdown as a bit of an excuse not to go. After so long I was fearful and even tearful. Everyone was so welcoming, compassionate and understanding that I felt much better after a short while.

The employees are awesome and do great work! However it's extremely hard to get an appt. I have had three spots in a row get canceled. I have many fillings I need. I used to be able to get an appt in at least every two weeks or monthly a few years ago. But the staff is incredible at their job
