This was my second visit, first time with Dr Kelso. I have a certain amount of anxiety about doctors and dentist visits in general, and these two visits both stand out as the best experiences I've had.

My dental hygienist initiated a lot of conversation about state level politics and personal family dynamics. She assumed that I shared her liberal views without pausing to ask. I did not agree and did not enjoy listening to her discuss divisive things like that.

I appreciate the fast booking to get me in within the week to deal with an infected tooth that I decided to have extracted. I was well numbed before the procedure took place and was talked through the extraction as it took place. Lots of gratitude to the dentist and her team!

Overall it was a positive experience, great staff!

The staff is great when we go in. They seem to listen and try to be attentive. The dentist, however, is condescending and rude. Both times I've been in she treats me like a 5 year old. I nearly asked if she was having a bad day because of her horrible attitude but I think that's just the way she is since it's happened before. It's a bummer. I have considered switching dental offices because of her demeanor.

Excellent, as always. Not only is the staff great, but the facility is very clean and comfortable.

I had a 60-minute wait before I got to see the dentist, but overall the service was good and I know sometimes those things happen. It's just that it was an hour wait for me to get into the dentist. Thank you.

They were out of the toothbrushes they give you and I really needed a new one. I also wanted to purchase the whitening mouthwash they offer but they were out. Maybe someone needs to keep up on supply orders.

I would like to point out four excellent employees at the Bend Or willamette dental. The reseptionist greeted me well and was helpful even in the end of my visit. The x-ray employee was relatable and making sure she was precise to make the right images for the dentist. The hygienist was sweet and very polite. She was very educated and informed me with any answer I had to my questions. Last but not least was my dentist. She was quick but through. She double check my concerns and encouraged me to floss.

The team (people) is awesome but it takes way too long to get an appointment. That really needs to be addressed as it is bad enough to make me drop Willamette Dental.

Dental providers are great! It is just takes such a long time to get an appt.

I sat in the chair for 45 minutes with no one coming to look at me. I made an appointment. I was early. I was on time. And the dentist was absolutely not. It was a complete waste of my time after a three-hour drive one way to get there. I will never go back again.

Little bit pricy but I'm happy

The wait times for appts at the Bend office are too long. But otherwise staff and care are great.

I've been going to WD for more than a year now for a lot of work that needed to be done for many years. I'm very happy with all the team members' care.

Too long of lead time to get an appointment. Waiting 4 months is not acceptable.

Service is always great when we are seen. Only problem is waiting 6 months to get in to be seen for anything.

The service has been great! The staff has been friendly and welcoming. They constantly check with me to ensure my comfort throughout the visit as well. The visits have been considerate of my time with how efficient they are with their workflows. I appreciate that.

My experience is good. The only issue is I have to wait until they call me with an appointment...if I can't make it then I wait again. One cavity filled at a time.

These last two visits were exemplary, however it seemed that Willamette Dental is going through some rough patches. There appears to have been changes either within the dental system or within Willamette, I'm not sure. The dentist for my extraction traveled some three hours from their home to assist the Medford office. This tells me that since my regular dentist retired, I may not have a regular/primary dentist again. This fact disturbs me.

I had an abscessed tooth. It was very painful. They did everything possible to numb that pain and pull the tooth as quickly as possible and at the same time being extremely kind and encouraging as I had serious anxiety over the whole situation. These gals gave 100+%, and I am so grateful that they helped me.

This is a great team. I actually look forward to going to the dentist. They have educated me in the best way to care for my aging teeth and gums. My teeth will, hopefully, outlast the rest of me.

Dental appointments aren't always a good time but the folks at Willamette Dental make things better and more at ease. I particularly notice how the staff all treat each other with respect and always a touch of humor.

Willamette dental is the same as it always has been. The service is exceptional! The drawback is that they are more expensive with some procedures than some other places.

the initial appointment was set out six weeks but with cancellation I got in the next week. hopefully that will be the case in the future as my next appointment is scheduled with that same time frame.

The service and atmosphere is great the one thing that needs to be changed is the constant pushing from each and every person you speak to. Everyone asks if you want the $11 toothpaste or the other products and it's very repetitive and happens each visit

I thought the dental hygienist/assistant was very friendly. The dentist was calm and informative. Everybody seemed to be on their game. The tool to clean the teeth was a bit harsh for me, but it was the quickest clean I've ever had and I can appreciate that more. All in all a good enough experience. I didn't like having fluoride pushed on to me though.

The staff is great. Always show care. Dr Crystal gives more information about my teeth than any dentist before. She trouble shoots my situation and gives me different things to try. I had an extraction a while ago and she made it easy peasy. She is caring, very knowledgeable and skilled. She takes time to listen to my situation. I never feel uncared for or rushed. She is a fabulous dr.

They were able to get me on an emergency appointment & let me know when a cancellation had become available.

The whole experience was absolutely amazing.

My appointment was scheduled for 12:20 and I was called on time. I was immediately provided numbing agent which was the best experience I've ever had with getting the shots. I was told the doctor would be in to see me in about 5 minutes. The doctor actually didn't get to me until 1:10. I don't recall ever waiting 50 minutes from the start of an appointment for the doctor. Perhaps it was just a busy day but I would have appreciated some communication.

All staff members were courteous, friendly, and professional as always. Dr. Kelso went the extra mile in offering to do a quick cosmetic treatment.

Windows blinds were old and should be replaced.They don't do great to block the sun.

I have always received excellent care at Willamete Dental.

As usual, everyone at the Bend office was courteous and professional. I might suggest new blinds in the patient rooms, When the sun is shining the blinds either have to be completely closed, or if open it is in the patient's eyes. Just a small suggestion, my overall experience was excellent!
