View scheduling hoursConveniently located off of I-5, our Tualatin office is nestled in the trees just one block west of Bridgeport Village. You’ll find us just off of SW Upper Boones Ferry Road, East of Durham City Park and right next to Durham City Hall.

Office hours can vary week to week but most offices have appointments available Monday through Friday from 7am to 5:30pm with rotating Saturday appointments available as well.
Certified translation services, including auxiliary aides and services for members with disabilities, are available at no cost in all languages and American Sign Language upon request.

Appointment scheduling hours
Most offices offer appointments Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Select offices also offer Saturday appointments on a rotating basis.
Wait times vary based on your provider choice and dental office location. We try our best to accommodate you.
Our Appointment Center is open to assist you during the following hours:
- Monday – Friday: 7 AM to 5:30 PM PT
- Saturday: 7 AM to 1PM PT
