High quality care at the recent appointment; recent years with Willamette's short staffing has been difficult.

I got lost and end up being late but they were able to fit me in anyway which was awesome!

It was a great experience. Reception Team was friendly and very accommodated. My hygienist (Emily) was amazing. My teeth feel incredibly clean and fresh. My dentist was friendly (did not catch her name). It was overall a great appointment that I have had in a while. See yall next year.

I felt unheard, I didn't appreciate the Dentist and assistant chatting over me about their weekend. I felt the conversation was more important than my procedure, which also was below par. My partial doesn't fit right at all.

I had a dental emergency and saw me right away. They listened to me, got me out of pain, and calmed my nerves. They showed great compassion.

Dr. Reppell is a wonderful dentist - efficient, direct, knowledgeable and professional. I'm in the middle of fairly extensive work, which has been stressful for me, so it's a relief to be able to rely on her feedback and support. I really trust Dr. Reppell. Her support staff is always wonderful as well.

It would be nice if you had child appropriate chairs and eye shields. They are huge for her and she was uncomfy

I appreciate the communication, the compassion, and how quick I got an appointment for my pain even with being a brand new patient.

The office front staff were warm and welcoming. The hygienist was friendly and professional. The dentist was also informative and kind. I really appreciated being able to move to an office closer to home. Yeah--I'm a fan!

While in the office everything is great. The issue is trying to get appointments in a timely manner. Recommended by staff to see someone every 6 mo, but by time I am able to book appointment 9mo or more have passed. Would be most helpful if could make next 6 mo appt at time of current appointment so could receive proper coordination of care.

Amazing experience every time I visit.

this office got me an appointment after the office in Corvallis canceled on me 24 hours and eight minutes before my appointment after I had waited three months so I had to wait another three months. It was worth it this office is the best I like the providers here the doctor and the technicians. Best dental visit I've ever had I've always asked Dentists if they have earplugs because I forget every time and they always don't do anything but this doctor actually got me earplugs it was amazing.

Best dentists I've ever had.

My local office staff are terrific. Reaching them, scheduling an appointment through your multi-state telephone number, which is the only way possible, is almost impossible. Appointments require a LONG wait to come by. I would have to rate that pary of your service an exceedingly poor number.

I appreciated that Emily and Dr. Rapelle do what I feel was a thorough job. take the time to explain things to me and are personable. I will each time request to see Emily for my cleanings.

The hygienist (forgot her name) in room 15 was exceptional. Great bedside manner and professionalism.

All staff and dentist were great. I don't like waiting so long for follow up appointments.

The dentist don't seem to have enough training, it took several attempts at getting me numb and had to get another employee to do it correctly. They do not consider a customers mouth when putting various items in and jam it into tongues, gums but don't consider the pressure or rest there own arms so it rips the inside of your mouth. Had many attempts to get xrays I have growths under my tongue that require specific ways of placing the xrays without causing too much pain or cuts to the inside of the mouth. I have always volunteered to get the placement for them as not to cause too much damage. Offer multiple times they refused to let me assist with many attempts causing damage each time. Eventually they finally let me and we had the picture needed in no time. They even said they should have listened to me the first time.

I scheduled the appointment about three to four months ahead because I could not get in. The six week reminder is not sufficient since availability is so hard. You either need more dentist or need to send the reminders out earlier. I actually did not go to the dentist for all of 2025 because of this. Other than impossible to get an appointment the rest is wonderful.

I had to have a tooth pulled-it was a difficult procedure but they handled it very professionally & I felt like I got great treatment

I did not have a positive experience with Dr. Reppell. My concerns were not discussed, and I felt they were largely dismissed. During the procedure, she spoke openly with her assistant but engaged very little with me beyond a few brief check-ins to confirm I was doing okay. While she did communicate at moments during the procedure, there was minimal dialogue overall. After the procedure was completed, she instructed me to schedule another appointment and then left the room without providing follow-up instructions or allowing time for questions. In contrast, the dental assistant was helpful and supportive, and the front office staff were pleasant and professional.

Every single visit, I am greeted with the NICEST staff! And my treatments are honestly fun...for being a dentist appointment, I truly have a good visit because of the team there! So, thank you all for making what most people dread doing, a fun experience! I always look forward to my visits!

The front office and phone customer service was superior!! Even called me back at end of day to check that I got my prescription!! The dental tech was super friendly and helpful. And the dentist did a good job trying to figure out the cause of my tooth pain!! 5 stars to this office!!

My assigned doctor has not listened to me the entire time I have been under her care, nor has she taken the time to be considerate about my medical conditions listed in my chart (ie she never seemed to have read it or have a conversation with me about it since becoming my provider). She also is noticeably judgmental about the anxiety she has caused me due to lack of consideration and care for my conditions. My appointments also keep getting pushed back from my care timeline due to lack of availability and continual changing of policy on how long in advance we can schedule. With chronic illness and oral health concerns, this does not help alleviate the stress being caused by my assigned provider.

Reaching your multi-state organization by phone is a communications nightmare to simply make an appointment at my local clinic which is a mere 3 or 4 miles from my home. I cannot do so ditectly and I am forced to go through your centralized scheduling system. My local clinic and its personnel are top-notch in my opinion. You, as a corporate organization stinks to be perfectly frank with you.

I scheduled extra time in the appointment to specifically talk to the Dentist about next steps in my journey. I have missing teeth and others that need to be fixed. She did not come talk to me just left a message with the hygienist to tell me next steps are to see how my oral hygiene is coming along. I know how to do that. That's not what I need help with. She did not come in at all. Second I wanted something to help me chew because I have no molars in the back. I thought the partial that was made would help but I can't even use it for eating. $200 gone for nothing! I will be seeking advice from one of the other dentists. She is no help for what I need.

My wisdom tooth extraction went very well! Fast, effective, with no problems afterwards. The only very slight negative was that I would have liked to keep my tooth, and I forgot to ask! (Perhaps it could have been offered.) But overall, a great job!

My dental hygienist was great. The dentist came in but she never introduced herself.

Dr Reppell did an outstanding job with my replacement crown. She's a compassionate and caring provider, listens to any initial concerns, and provides excellent results. Extremely pleased- thank you!

The hygienist was terrific: careful, listened, responded to my needs, provided helpful information. The dentist acted as if I were a burden and did not take my questions seriously - couldn't wait to end her time with me. I was disappointed in her.

Barbaric appointment.

I would give it a 10/10 but because I can't stack appointments and have to wait a month or mostly two for the next visit is kind of a drag. Also, it's not really cool when the dentist and assistant talk about their kids or home life when they are working over your face. Though, the dental expertise seems to be high.
