Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and focused on my care. I get frustrated that I have to wait so long between appointments but when I'm there the care is exceptional.

Everyone is so friendly here. This is definitely my favorite dentist office of all the places I've lived!

So happy that I called and made an appointment. I was seen quickly and everyone from the receptionist, dental assistant, Dr. Moon, and scheduler where amazing to work with.

This was my first visit and it was quick and efficient. I also appreciated they addressed ALL my concerns. I have had dentists in the past and they only focus on one and neglect the other ones without checking them at least.

I am one of those with severe anxiety about the dentist, won't go unless I HAVE to! The experience I had with all of willamette dental and Dr Moon was beyond satisfactory! I look forward to actually establishing care and keeping consistent with my dental care and this office.

I think filling out the five or six pages of medical history is redundant as they ask all of the same questions when you see the dental providers.

Helen was so sweet, kind and excellent in her communication, experience and knowledge. I felt very taken care of and loved!

Dr. Moon is excellent. She is always very direct with answering any questions I've had. The office's hygienists are always professional and courteous.

The Eugene office is quite amazing. Very upbeat and friendly and professional, I really cannot say enough about my experience there. They fit me in for a tooth repair because Springfield had no appointments. The Springfield office (my office) is clearly struggling with a lack of dentists. My last experience there wasn't good at all. Hoping when the new dentist is on board in Springfield, things improve.

Dr. Moon is the best. I've never been a fan of going to the dentist but she has a calm confidence about her that is so reassuring.

Only complaint but wasn't horrible was my appointment was at 1:30 and didn't get called back till 1:42 and I was on a time crunch as I was on my lunch break

It went well except some trouble trying to take my ex-rays and was a bit uncomfortable . However another gal took over n knew exactly how to make it work for me. I always appreciate the time there .

The assistant and the doctor were both very kind and very understanding and very informative and very helpful. And I have always looked forward to coming and Willamette has made me a lot more at ease in my dental experience.

They were caring and attentive with my tooth extraction. I felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommend.

The team is always friendly

I have been very happy with the dental care that I have received from the Lammett family. The only thing that makes me not want to recommend you to family and friends is that the dental center is like a factory and I prefer a more intimate and small practice.

My daughter's case is relatively unique, and I asked several questions during her visit. The dentist's responses sometimes felt defensive or irritated, which made communication harder. Still, I could tell she does have a kind side and cares about her patients, even if it didn't always come across in our appointment.

Dr. Moon is amazing, and the woman who cleaned my teeth, took X-rays etc., was absolutely amazing and her bedside manner was excellent as I had a lot of anxiety and other negative emotions around the visit and my teeth in general. Very impressed all around with the entire team!

The hygienist seemed to be low energy, other than that, it was a good check-up for my son.

In addition to the Dr. being professional and informative, the staff was friendly and helpful.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Moon and her assistant during my molar extraction at Willamette Dental. Dr. Moon's expertise made the whole process feel calm and professional, and her assistant was incredibly kind and attentive-especially when I started to feel faint. They truly took great care of me, and I'm so grateful for how compassionate and skilled they both were.

Dr. Moon and her dental assistant (I wish I remembered her name, maybe this positive feedback will get to Dr. Moon and she can pass it along) went completely above and beyond with their level of bedside manor. Their kindness and genuine wholesome nature is pretty much the only thing that got me through the beginnings of my procedure - as I suffer from dentist anxiety quite severely. The dental work itself was expertly done. The patient doctor communication was top notch. 10/10

The doctor made fun of my teeth, she wasn't professional, but the one who cleaned my teeth she did a good job .

Dr Moon is very nice and kind and listens to you, explains everything.

The team was so friendly and so caring about my concerns about pain. They found really good solutions and they're all very upbeat. It made the whole experience really memorable, especially since I haven't been to a dentist in a while and have been dreading it.

From check in, to imaging, to cleaning to completing my visit with my Dentist, everyone was empathetic, kind and considerate. It took me years to make this visit happen and now I really feel like I have a trusted place I can rely on for my care.

The Doctor and staff were very friendly and helpful with my visit.

Very friendly and prompt staff. Wasn't kept waiting at all and the desk staff seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs.

The area is more sensitive now than it was to begin with after putting a crown on. She tried a bigger filling first and I was told if that didn't take care of it, then I would need a crown. I was not told I'd need a root canal if a crown doesn't work until I was already in the process of getting the crown.

Really enjoyed meeting Dr. Moon and the hygienist that helped us. Both ladies were very kind and informative. Had a somewhat negative experience with our last dentist but both Dr. Moon and the hygienist gave me hope and more confidence.

The lady that helped me was really nice, friendly, and helped me with everything I need to know.

Every person I was in contact with was very friendly. I am not sure if I understood the question in the survey asking if I received my appointment in a timely manner. I was called back for my appointment on time, but my appointment was scheduled 7 months past when it should have been scheduled due to a lack of doctors.

They friendly the second you walk into the door. The office receptionist is warm and friendly. The hygienist was gentle, informative and a sweet person.
