It is really hard to reschedule an appointment when I canceled due to a family emergency. But due to a cancelation from another patient,I got in. I have to rely on another cancelation to get my filling repaired. Not an emergency thankfully.

You know, when you go to the dentist and it's fun because the hygienist and the dentist both have a great sense of humor, it just makes it all that better. I mean, just, yeah, 10 out of 10. Thanks.

I've always had a fear of going to the Dentist office, but these guys or should I say these girls alleviate all my fears and are very welcoming and professional. I look forward to seeing them when I need services.

I hate the fact that I broke a grown that was already weakened, and yet instead of fixing it first I have to finish my other while my tooth has no grown on it and I have to wait when it should be first.

Thank you Dr. Gorman and team for taking care of me. Although you were understaff that day but yet you still managed to keep things flowing. Great job!

Everyone listened to my concerns and answered my questions in a way I could understand. My only concern is the scheduling process. It would be very helpful if I could schedule my next visit when I am already in the office for my visit.

I love my Dentist Dr Gorman. Which is amazing for me to say since I really hate going to the dentist. She is the only dentist i have ever known who can administer Novocain and it barely hurts. She is so compassionate. Cindy my dental assistant is top notch!! Even when she is not assigned to me she greats me and asks how I am doing. But it is not just that, she is GOOD! The two crowns she did fit perfectly. I wish I could always have Cindy. Don't loose her, with all the new technology coming you need someone who can quickly grasp and master it.

This place is run as well as a government entity. Make me go to a dentist when we want a dentist. Huge waste of time. Why does a dentist need to approve a second set of dentures. Nothing efficient or organized about that s place.

The experience was great but this the second time I've been there and at the end of the appointment we don't schedule the next appointment. I have to wait for a call to schedule or call and do it myself. I not used to doing it that way.

Very friendly staff. Rosie and Cece were fun to work with. Cece was very good in instructing/informing the visiting student on how things work. Dr. Gorman as always is very nice and thorough.

Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) and ultrasound (US) would be nice alternatives to radiographs.

Went in for an emergency appointment. The temporary tooth broke. The person took it and glued the same piece back on. I tried making an appointment at the front desk as I was told by the person on the phone. She was so unhelpful and short. Like she didn't know anything

You and your corporate dentistry are a disgrace to the dental field. You should spend more time helping patients and less time thinking about how to get people's hard earned money.

The appointment with Dr. Gorman went fine. The check-in went fine. Everything went fine there. I think the one part that I would have liked more assistance on is the conversation prior to coming to this dental extraction. I have a child who has anxiety, and nobody even mentioned that I might be able to give him or do something at the clinic that would help him with that. Nobody even bothered to ask me about it, and I hadn't even thought about it until the day of the appointment when Dr. Gorman did tell me. That's it. It was mostly just about the pre-appointment.

I've been with Willamette Dental for decades now, excellent service and the most professional attitude, will continue with Willamette for a long time.

When I was checking out it was weird. I was almost accused of asking the the shortage time to my appointment. I did not. I am retired. Every day is a Saturday. When I called for my appointment, this was the date time and place that was given. Nothing was said about getting the same dentist as last time. I can see getting the same dentist. This option was not presented to me. I did not appreciate the banter between me and the check out person. So next time I will do your schedulers job and verify the dentist I am getting.
