I love how it was explained with detail.

I felt like the way my child was talked to by the hygienist was not appropriate for a child.

The dental assistant was very kind, and I could tell she cares for her patients. I believe her name was Jessica . She made coming to the dentist office not feel like a drag ! Thanks Jessica! Also dr. Shayd and Jessica have great teamwork. Dr. Shayd is very kind and an excellent dentist.

Once again, everyone with whom I interacted was attentive, courteous and professional. WD is my go-to for dental work.

The nation wide phone is not very efficient, I prefer to talk to my local clinic representative directly. It would make scheduling easier and faster.

After we finished with the hygenist we waited about 40 minutes for the dentist to come in. Then he only talked with us for 3 minutes.

Overall a great experience! Dr Shay is a great dentist, very patient!!

I understood everything in my language excellently.

I waited 3 weeks for a triage surgery appointment, and then only x-rays were completed. They said I needed a crown, but there weren't any available appointments, and they didn't set me up an appointment to get it fixed. The dentist said that I also had a cavity but wasn't going to take care of the cavity until I got my crown done, so I have no appointment scheduled for that, and I didn't have any work done that day. I took the day off of work because was an an emergency appointment. My original appointment was rescheduled, and then they couldn't provide me with an appointment to get my crown for my cracked tooth and/or cavity which was extremely frustrating.

i felt rushed when the dentist saw me I was on a triage but when he was tapping my tooth it was not hurting anymore so he felt it might take an endodontist to see if the tooth needs a root canal

I have had some bad dental experiences so I've delayed care until I had no choice. The team was amazing with providing options to address my needs. The actual process was far better than I could have hoped for. Treatment to numb for pain isn't fun but it was done so well I felt almost nothing through the process making for a much better experience.

The individual attention the team provided me in addressing my dental needs.

I could have been directed in the right direction so I could have save my tooth Sooner ? like was sent to a specialist right away. Not gave the runaround

Other than the ongoing challenges to secure appointments the service and professionalism are top notch.

Amazing friendly service

Great teamwork!

After noticing that my gums had some areas of inflammation, the hygienist proceeded to scrape around in my gums as usual. While my teeth are very clean, I had to take some pain reliever to ease the pain of my very wrecked gums after that visit.

It was excellent and stress free

Filling out a form on my past medical and dental history when I arrived on time for my appointment was an unexpected inconvenience. Luckily the dental tech was very helpful and updated my history which was already on record electronically on a computer. If I had known a paper form was to be completed I would have early enough to do it.

The hygienist was very friendly. Dr. Shayd was great as usual. My entire family has had nothing but great experiences at Willamette Dental.

I have anxiety issues that were addressed to keep me comfortable the whole time with their patience and professionalism ! After all procedures I felt comfortable with no leftover pain later in the day Felt great and very happy . Fear free patient!!

Dr. Shayd is my dentist at the Hillsboro clinic. He is VERY skilled at dentistry. I have never had a better experience with a dentist. I have been seeing Dr. Shayd for just over a year and several visits. Never nay pain during or after a procedure. The special thing about him is how calm he makes his patience feel during visits. I think its a combination of his soothing voice and gentle work. At my last visit, I had to fight from falling asleep during a root canal! True story. :o) I have been with Willamette Dental for over 20 years. I highly recommend them to everyone.

The hygienist has gave me many helpful advice, she is awesome!

I really liked that the hygienist gave me information about what the numbers and things they talk about meant. She listened to me when I said I use a different kind of toothpaste and didn't pressure fluoride which was really nice. The dentist was kind and very gentle.

Everyone was great. The dentist was great. It was quick and very little pain. Very suprised with the pulling of my wisdom tooth. Thank you.

Great visit, Heather the checkout person was very kind, I will definitely be telling all my friends what a great office the Hillsboro Willamette Dental is!

Friendly staff

I believe all WD cares about is making money. Service of clients actual needs comes second. Also the way appointments are scheduled makes it so if you have several things that need to be addressed you will only be able to visit the dentist every 8 to 10 weeks. Like they want to limit the number of visits you can make per year. And god forbid you have an emergency! You are screwed. I had a tooth ache and was given an appointment 7 weeks out. So what am I supposed to do for 7 weeks? Live in pain? I say buyer beware. If your teeth are in good health then maybe. But if you need actual help, go somewhere else.

He is a great dentist who takes time to answer questions and provide guidance. My teenager likes him too! Says he's very chill :)

Both my dentist and hygienist were top notch, excellent. Very kind and friendly. I'm always impressed with all the employees. I would not recommend Willamette Dental because it is HORRIBLE trying to get an appointment. Sometimes I call and they say they do not have ANY appointments available to call back in a few weeks. How is this possible? Shame on you, Willamette Dental. Do better and be better.

The most difficult and painful extraction I have ever had. No one's fault I guess. Post surgical pain less than I expected.

It's hard to get follow-up appointments closer to each other. It only works when someone cancels.

Professional and friendly staff

My dentist was clearly in a rush. He didn't say more than a few words to me and after he was done he tried to rush out. I asked if there was any after care instructions and he said no and left the room. I really can't wait for my procedure to be completed so I can change providers

I would like to say from start to beginning, like the dental hygienist was just absolutely fabulous. Just super sweet, kind, very thorough and respected my time and all that. But the dentist, I've had him, seen him a couple of times. I will tell you, he is beyond the best dentist anybody could find. So you guys have got 20 stars for Dr. Shayd. He is very gentle, he's very efficient, he's very, he listens, he's, you know, he's just all of it. He does very great work in your mouth, you feel super confident when you leave there. So yeah, I would hands down be super bummed if I ever lost him as a dentist.

The dentist assistant was very nice, gentle and professional.

I had my appointment in the middle of a snowstorm that hit the Portland area. I got a call around 7:00 a.m. the morning of my appointment with the opportunity to cancel if it would have been difficult to make it to the office. That was logical, but also very appreciated. When I arrived, I saw the office was low in staff, but that didn't have a negative impact on my experience at all. In fact, my experience was exceptional as I felt like I had the whole team taking care of just me! Thanks and I hope everyone got home safely!

I called in the morning and the person I talked to found a way to get me in that same afternoon even though the schedule was tight, because I was in some discomfort that I feared would get worse if delayed. Every person I interacted with on the phone and in person was friendly, professional, and competent. Really a great staff and excellent service.
