Great experience with the dental team, I have a hard time getting through on the phone as you have to be routed by their answering service first and I still haven't heard back from finance with answers to my questions. I had to wait on hold for an hour last time. Willamette can definitely improve in this area. It's been over a week and no email or call.

I had a lot of questions for our neurodivergent son's care and the best path forward. Dr. Wiater took the time to answer all of my questions for both of our kids getting braces as well as our infant. He has excellent bedside manner and relates very well to his patients.

we arrived promptly at 4:00 but had to wait until almost 4:30. After I went to the window to point out, our appointment was at 4:00. we were assured back into the appointment cubicle. but only after others that arrived after us or being beckoned.
