A phone call would have been appreciated when the appliance the denturist needed wasn't there for the appointment. At the following visit, we were told the part that was missing previously had been lost. So, my husband had to have impressions taken again. This set the whole process of his denture back about a month.

I have never had such a great experience at a Dentist office as I had here. The whole staff was exceptional.

Great dentist but Willamette dental needs to hire more people to be able to keep up with the amount of patience 1 appointment a month is ridiculous and will lose you customers.

They were very polite and friendly and all the steps I will go through before I get my dentures very pleased with them and thank you

The provider/dental dude I met came across as a university professor. To me, he was insanely clear, I don't feel that a lot in life. One of those that deserves full attention in the lore of dentistry. So clear I could see my reflection when I looked at him. Well done on having that dude work for you. There's not many like him around. 10/10. I'll be back!!

I am very disappointed in your dental lab about getting my uppers and lower partials. It's going on almost 5 months now. I am not pleased.

I really like the way he explained the procedure and how each part works together. He was amazing. I liked him and his expertise.

I was extremely impressed by the Dr. and his professionalism. I am very grateful that I got him and his staff to oversee and perform my procedure(s). They took above and beyond measures to ensure my safety and well being as I informed them I have cancer. Hopefully I'll see them again someday if any issues arise from my dentures.
